We had problems with a previous provider, and Brandon found the solution ... since then, we have had no problems at all. I have 3 teen boys who all have their own laptops, and the security I used before was a bit cumbersome to set up. With PXL Systems, they gave me a stick and I easily set up each system. My laptop was having a lot of trouble starting up and was extremely slow when using the programs. It would take at least 15 minutes just to access my email after clicking on it. I knew then that something had to be done.So, I talked to Brandon about a solution to this problem. He offered a number of different options and ways to upgrade my laptop. We went with one of his plans, which was relatively simple and didn’t require me to purchase a new laptop. He also cleaned up the laptop of programs that were taking up space, slowing down the processor, basically mucking up the system. He was able to do all this in a very short period of time and now my computer is working even better than when I had purchased it.Brandon’s customer service is nothing short of amazing and top notch. I have no problems recommending him to anyone who has troubles with their computer systems and requires a little more work than turning the computer on and off or just unplugging and plugging it back in. He is very knowledgeable, tech savvy and can save you a lot of time, frustration and money. He is definitely the IT person that every company needs but he is indeed very much friendlier but also much more intelligent too.
