They only offer a set dinner menu.Chowder soup was thick and taste alright.Smoke duck breast was the best among the other dishes we ordered.Pork hock looked pale but taste alright.The chicken breast with risotto, that's just rice not risotto at all.The Almond Meringue Cake is the winner and deserves an extra star!

Had the Dinner Special here, costed around $40 for a three course. I must say I was impressed with how much food it came with. It was all delicious and would definitely come back.

My family & I have been coming to Maxim’s for Christmas dinner and their set menus have never disappointed. Although pricier, you do get large portion sizes, a wide range of mains to choose from, soup & drink options and of course their famous cake selections! Service is always attentive and efficient, would recommend for large parties as well.

We tried the 1) Pan Seared Chicken Steak In Mixed Mushroom with Rice And Spring Roll, 2)Braised ox tongue, 3)Honey Glazed Smoked Pork Chop With Potato & Vegetable. The pan seared chicken steak was the best. Comes with soup, dessert, and tea. Love that we all got different choices of cake. The strawberry meringue was amazing (as usual)

Started with semi cold bread and borscht soup but also had cream of asparagus available. Ordered specials, Lobster seafood spinach pasta, lamb stew with fettuccine and honey smoked pork with veggies. Lobster was a little dry but had lots shrimp and scallops. The lamb was still very chewy and not the melt in mouth tenderness. The smoked pork was good, similar to ham but not as salty. All dishes came with coffee or tea and cake of the day, no selection, if want to select +$1 and meringue cake is +$2. Randomly given the mango cream, mango mousse and a strawberry cheesecake. The Average price is $25 and a mandatory fixed 12% service charge.

Maxim has been in RH for many years. They are serving HK style western cuisine and also a bakery for cakes. Specifically liked their sesame cake and chestnut cakes. Package was cute and sturdy too.
