I love this place so much ❤ Hannah is so amazing and very kind. Everyone ther is awesome and always ❤ does a phenomenal job. I get my lashes, brow and nails done here all the time!

I am only giving this business 1 star. The reason is that the premises is extremely filthy. The tools that were used were sterilized as far as I could see but then were put into a dirty basket. The chairs were comfy but dirty. This establishment is due for a deep clean.

Go here for my nails all the time the customer service is amazing their so sweet and friendly and my nails are perfect and stay on for a long time just got my third refill done shout out to Chloe who did them today their great!!

I booked a one hour massage here on a rain day. I showed up early for my appointment. Ten minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, a lady came over and said I have time for half hour massage now" No thank you. I know I booked last minute

I love getting my nails done here. It’s almost always a great experience. This time I loved how my nails looked but we used a different type of nail and they kept breaking. I got them fixed once and was glad they could fit me in without an appointment. But they just weren’t as strong as they usually are. But at least I know for next time to get the kind I usually do! Still love this place!

Maybe they should put a expiry date on their gift certificates instead of having to call in and speak to someone first who doesn't speak English and then find out my certificates have expired..IF THERE IS ANY EXPiry date put it on the damn certificate!!..not happy and do NOT recommend q nails to anyone..poor business management!!!...they just got 175.00 free money between 2 certificates...-10 in my opinion on management
