They are awful. We have been trying to add money to our postage meter for nearly two weeks and no one ever calls us back. If you're thinking of doing business with this company, DON'T. They don't even deserve 1 star - it should be zero stars!

Have been trying to cancel with this company for years but impossible to get hold of and never respond to emails or voice messages. Our machine has not worked for over 2 years and they refuse to acknowledge or to service it. Would never recommend.

After my lease expired I personally went to their office to drop off the machine. They did not accept it as they said I have to return it with their paperwork and authorisation to return. Waited for 3 months for the paperwork to arrive. After I returned it they would not aknowledge the fact that the machine was received by them and all this meanwhile they continued charging me the monthly lease fees. They continued doing so for 12 months and when I refused to pay they sent it to collection. Finally I had no choice but threaten to sue and it finally got resolved. Painful experience.

If I could give zero stars to this company. This company has the lousiest and shameful business model ever. READ THE CONTRACT before you sign or you will be paying A LOT OF MONEY. First, they make you think you're getting a good deal for the first three months but you're stuck for 4 YEARS. The ink is also ridiculously expensive ($189 FOR A SINGLE CARTRIDGE, that doesn't include shipping) IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE OF THE 4 YEAR TERM PLAN. SO if I were you do NOT EVER SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. Take your business elsewhere because I don't want any small businesses like myself to make the same awful mistake.

These people are price gougers. Charging me almost $170 for 1000 sticker labels for my FP Postbase 30 Postage Meter Mailing Machine!!!! I now buy the no name brand labels on Amazon for under $70 for a 1000 sticker labels. Big difference!!!!

How does this company exist? I signed up for the postage program and received a postal machine in Jan. 2019. However, they were not able to connect the mailing equipment to my network at my office. I therefore returned it over a year ago. I continue to receive invoices for over $300for services that were not used. I have left several messages with no return calls.I finally left a message stating that I wanted to purchase a new machine and use there mailing program.I received a call the next, (go figure),. I explained to the representative my issue and she stated she would look at my account and get back to me that day or the next. Of course, they did not. I have since left another message, with no expectation of a call back.This company is a scam!!!!

Why does Francotyp-Postalia Canada thrive?Easily one of the best companies to get service and respect.They never closed during any stage of Covid. Maybe a week?What a fantastic team of people who work hard and respect their clients and co-workers. Honourable mention to Wayne,Jim and Pradeep. Easily the heart and soul of the company.

I will not give this company any star rating. They don't deserve one. They are THE WORST company to deal with. The customer service is terrible.They will hang up on you if they don't like your tone of voice. How is this company even allowed to stay in business!They renew contracts WITHOUT notifying you and then enforce it. When questioned about this they said if we wanted out of a contract that we did not even agree to we had to pay it out in one lump sum. How is this even legal? They were given written notice that we were NOT renewing with them after December and they went ahead and did it again. It took 5 months to get a return authorization number and continued to bill us for this period even after they admit in writing it was their fault they did not issue one to us. After finally receiving the return authorization, we shipped the machine back and now they claim they did not receive the postage machine back the was shipped by Canada Post and the delivery was confirmed! ...and are still billing us! We recently received the July 29/20 statement!!!Seriously, DO NOT deal with this companyPS...apparently you have to give at least a 1 star rating to post a review. They even deserve it!

Do not work with them.. You will get locked into a long term contract with a machine that is terribly expensive to repair. It's near robbery what they are doing. Be careful!! Terrible investment on our part that we made. We are stuck with 3 years contract on defective machine with no way to get out.. The repairs on the machine will cost almost a quarter value of what the whole term will cost!!! We have found cheaper alternatives to send mail and wont be dealing with them again. I would not want any other business to make the same mistakes we did..
