Scott was friendly, professional and did a phenomenal job! We couldn't be happier with the level of service we recieved. He went over and above to ensure we were happy with the work being done and was very thorough, his attention to detail was incredible. I would highly recommend Orkin!

We had Robert from Orkin do a thorough inspection of our home because we have the odd field mouse in the basements drop ceiling. He truly went above and beyond (considering that the call was free because we already had an initial inspection done last year) and informed me that our house was sealed properly and that the issue is coming from an adjoining house. It is the first time using there services, so hard to assess good quality and value. The service was performed today so the impact won't have be seen for awhile. From the prompt response to my online enquiry, to the very nice and patient lady who booked my appointment and provided clear information on the various service options, to the wonderful, polite and helpful technician who showed up after giving me a courtesy call to let me know when he was on his way, to the convenience of being able to submit the payment right away after service, to the report being sent to me by email soon after, this has been simply one of the nicest experience dealing with a company, and stands in sharp contrast with my experience dealing with one of their main competitors. Rob from Orkin is top notch. Have been very fortunate to have his service on a number of occasions, over a few years, most recently preventative around the property, but also wasps. He’s always on time, calls ahead - especially if early timing is possible to offer, respectful of comfort / concerns, patient with answering questions, etc. While one hopes to never need pest control, it’s good to know of excellent services should one need them. While we were unable to locate a visible wasp nest during the visit, Matthew was thorough in his inspection and provided us some great information and advice on what we can do. He also offered to look at any other problems and located entry spots for mice around our patio door. The extra effort was greatly appreciated!

I looked into Orkin after one of my colleagues told me the secret to her ant-free house was annual house sprays. I was also concerned about pest infiltration on our property adjacent to a large park and Rob from Orkin was fantastic.For a modest fee he came to the house to perform a complete interior and exterior inspection. He showed why some of our pest concerns were unfounded and identified the likely source of entry for the ants invading the house with the warmer weather, and what was attracting them.Rob returned to spray for the pavement ants inside and outside, and provided some helpful advice re interior and exterior caulking and sealing.
