Ordered the deerioca ube taro and deerioca fever. You cant taste the tea at all for the deerioca fever. It tastes like milk with bobba. Unlike the others, I was able to taste real taro on the deerioca ube taro. You just have to shake it properly or mix it.

If you’re fond of something light, refreshing and not too sweet then this is the place you want to go! I tried their Deerioca milk tea which was good tasting but only because the tapioca pearls were adding the sweetness that was missing from the milk tea. Overall a pretty decent place to try bubble tea!!

Waited for 10+ minutes for two drinks. It'd not as busy as other bubble tea locations at sq1, so I'm not sure what's going on with wait times...

The service here was great. The servers were so kind and thoughtful and were great with the kids! Shelly in particular was an absolute delight. She was so thoughtful and professional. Very gentle and patient with the kids.

The Alleys is one of the best places to get bubble tea, the brown sugar deerioca series is my favourite. In my pictures the one that’s covered is the deerioca fever and the big lid one is the deerioca puff. Both of these drinks are sweet and comparable to a brown sugar milk tea anywhere else if that’s your go to drink. But honestly any bubble tea drink you get here, you will not be disappointed. This is a new location opened inside of sq1. Very Clean and great Service! The Alleys is located right by the food district or by entrance 6 on the corner! Enjoy :)

The Une drink was over 7 dollars and I did not even taste 1 bit of Ube… just tasted plain boring 2% milk with tapioca… the customer service at this location was mid

I love this place! I used to have drinks from their Unionville location almost every week since I lived there! Now tried the Square One location. Still awesome! Had my staple Alley Trio Milk Tea! Highly recommended this place for bubble tea lovers!

Still a good experience at the Alley; went when it wasn't too busy. Server was very friendly and answered our questions; neat collaborations with Anime (I.e. Chainsaw Man, Jan 2023) but... they were sold out in of the promos... got a milk tea with boba (70% sweet, regular). Fast, but pricey (everything is going up). Need to try other teas.
