Great quality service and the pricing always feels reasonable for the work being done. The ladies at the front desk are always so pleasant and take the time to really explain what needs to be done with your vehicle.

Great experience. Very professional and trustworthy. They diagnosed and replaced bearings and a broken lug. They were much cheaper than the dealership and offered free use of a vehicle until ours was done. (Not a pretty loaner, but worked well, ran smoothly, and got us to where we needed to go until our car was fixed - thanks for that!). Staff was very welcoming and kind. We will use their services again!

Accountable to whom.........As someone who has been in the tire industry for over 20 years that recently transitioned out of, I know the costs and just how much labor is involved in doing a flat repair (typically just a tire tech doing the job not a licensed mechanic). In all fairness my tire did have two nails in it which does require an extra plug patch to be installed. However when I went to pick up my vehicle I was floored that my flat repair was $155, the cost of a new tire!This is absolute price gouging. I could have gone back to the dealership and probably had the job done cheaper!!!I was the first time customer, your perfect time to make an impression...... You certainly did make one!

The staff are very pleasant, the techs and mechanic are very thorough and it's a family run business. Good place to have routine maintenance or an inspection done. Anything other than routine stuff is very, VERY expensive here, though. Higher than some dealers.I still recommend them for oil changes and things like that as they give you a fairly detailed report on your vehicle and the price is similar to other places.

We first used Accountable Automotive when they were the only shop willing to take on repairing the transmission in our Tiguan ( runs great ! ) . We have continued to use their services and would recommend them highly . They have an exceptional disinfection protocol put in place during the COVID-19 pandemic and that is appreciated . Got my front left tire stud replaced here. The staff was great and kept me updated with everything going on and the job was done well at a good price. Would recommend.

Absolutely the best (and friendliest) garage in the area. It is a family run business that has moved into a big, custom built garage with a huge amount of equipment. The place is cleaner than my kitchen and the staff are more than awesome. It is not the cheapest place in town (still below a dealers shop) but they are very thorough with every visit producing a comprehensive report of what is working (or not) on your car. They actually follow up with service reminders. Best of all is that the staff in the front are the nicest people you can imagine. Imagine the TV show Cheers in an automotive setting. 5 stars

Very disappointed with the service. Brought my Jeep in to have a grinding sound on the drivers side checked. I thought while it was in I would have the breaks checked as well. It was fixed over three days which was fine as it was busy. I got a few calls informing me that other things were wrong and I approved it all over the phone, because I was told it would save labour to do it all at once. I knew it needed some extra work. I was told I needed a new steering rack, and that there was a part they could use for 600 dollars. I approved it because I was told I needed it. So I picked up my vehicle and the damage was around 1350. That was also fine the Jeep needed work. I go over the bill with the attendant and ask questions because I’m not very car savvy. I ask “so the grinding noise was from my breaks then?” And the attendant says “yes because they were worn down so bad”. So I think everything’s fixed. I get into my jeep and the grinding noise is still there. I thought it might be the new pads rubbing now, I have no idea I’m not a mechanic. I got a call two days later saying that a part for the jeep was in. I was furious because I was informed in no way that this had not been fixed. Plus labour thats probably another 1000. I was told I would be called on Friday to resolve the situation. It’s now Monday and no one has contacted me. Not very ACCOUNTABLE! I will not be coming back or recommending this garage to anyone. I budgeted for about 2000 dollars worth of repairs, but we are saving for a house so after It was fixed the left over money went to a secure account. And the issue I had brought the jeep in for was not even fixed! I now have to save up again when the issue should have been resolved. I keep thinking what if a family was living paycheque to paycheque? They would be in some deep trouble if this mistake was made.

This was the first time that I have used them for automotive repair. They come highly recommended on the internet. Well, they did not disappoint. They are very thorough and were very detailed in explaining what needed to be repaired. Job was done in a timely manner and I found them very reasonable. Car is just like new again. I will definitely be going back again.
