Overall, very disappointed! Customer service is un-friendly and drinks are way overpriced. The most disappointing thing for me was the fact that the cashier did not let me get pearls with my milk tea. She simply told me that my drink cannot include pearls (most likely because of a lack of motivation and effort that it takes to add pearls). This mediocre drink tasted perfect for pearls and I was so disappointed that I paid $7 for a drink without pearls!

Milk tea tastes full of powder. Taste is very bad, even compared to some local non-franchise. I would never come back

I was born and raised in Hong Kong and I would say that my impression of Chatime is so-so. We used to have Chatime in HK too but most of their stores closed. I have been to Kelowna Chatime a few times and I would say that the quality of their drinks changes every time I go there (the first visit was terrible, second visit was ok, third visit was pretty good).

We were so looking forward to some bubble tea while we were visiting Kelowna, but this didn't hit the spot. There was too much ice used and it wasn't ground fine enough. The big chunks of ice took away from the experience of the pearls and jelly. Not sure if this place is brand new and they are still learning the recipes or not. They didn't look confident in making our drinks.

Good bubble tea, mediocre service. Tons of flavours and you can customize however you like your drink. Location is great, atmosphere could be better. I am a weekly customer.

I took a star away for a student's perspective.Honestly, this review could've been an easy 5 stars.Quick service, great-tasting bbts, and modern, simplistic, Chatime-classic purple-themed interior. All of those ruined by the lack of a wall plug—like come on, we students love to study in bbt shops nowadays and the lack of a single wall plug is just a bummer.I had forgotten to charge my laptop when I came here. I looked for wall sockets but just couldn't find it anywhere. Was about to leave but I had already ordered a bbt so I decided to give it a go. Although my laptop fortunately was able to hold a solid charge from 12:30pm to 7pm, this may not be the case for other students. I know a friend who often plugs his laptop in bbt shops and it's just hard to recommend Chatime to him (or to study together). Honestly, I, too, won't come here too often to study unless I know my laptop battery's gonna last for hours.So Chatime, don't take my words for granted: just grab and install several cheap plugs from Home Depot (or even Amazon) and I'll definitely hop in more often. It's a tiny investment to draw students into your business!TL;DR: Chatime generally serves great as a bbt shop, just not a good place if you need to plug in your laptop.

I love the bubble tea here but we’re not very impressed with the customer service from our most recent visit. No acknowledgement, “hello”, no “thank you”. Not the best experience, it doesn’t matter how busy you are.By the way, did you know you can add mousse to your drink?? It’s awesome!

Fantastic matcha (super generous amounts) milk tea! The aloe vera is also a great topping. The barista was super nice and helpful with my drink selection. Would definitely go again!
