Pool Mart Service

BE WARNED:Probaby the worst pool service company in the GTA.My husband has delt with a lot of pool companies but this one he says is by far the worst. He says Rob the owner needs to retire immediately.His crew's work is amateur and he's not a man of his word. Best to take your money elsewhere.

When I moved to brampton I tried several different pool stores but settled on Pool Mart as my place to go. Fast friendly service, reasonable pricing, with knowledgable staff willing to give expert advise based on your requirements.Definitely recommend.

Best customer service experience, have been dealing with them for years.

Been dealing with Rob and his staff for years for openings, closings, service and in store purchases and have always had a positive experience. Rob and his staff are very friendly and take care of the little extras that require attention when asked without argument or extra fees. The company is my go to for all my pool needs.

Hello Rob et al!I think the best decision I took this year us getting the pool converted to heated salt water with Pool Mart. I must say Rob (The Pool Guy) and his family are amazing.They are very professional and not money oriented at all. The service is excellent.I'd recommend them to all folks in Brampton with Pools.

5 stars for service team,,,2 stars for just the Owner who runs the store. Service team is real good. The store owner on another hand,,,is different. Will use the service team any time. No more visit to the store! Owner is rude and abrasive. Was given attitude when I paid for my opening. Installer gave me one price, the owner added 50.00 and didnt care what I was told by the service techs. The tyrant I experienced in the store led me to believe the owner has issues,,she may want to talk to someone. . Owner told me not to come back if I don t pay the 50.00. Ca La vie,, Special note,,,called installer after and he told me it was the amount I paid, and he will deal with it,. Again the service team is great!

I have been working with these fine people for many years. They go above and beyond to help customers who mostly come in with an open and honest dispositions.I am there frequently and they seem to know everyone by name.From filters to heaters to automatic pool cleaners, and even a liner replacement last year, all at great prices with a smile.If you have problems with Pool Mart, you brought it in the store with you.

I have been a loyal customer for the past 14 years, but in the last few years, we have faced a decline in service reliability, but I still stayed with them. Many No Show" appointments with no cancelations

Terrible service. Was told 3 weeks to replace a liner. They were a bit more money than other places, but timeline was good and I felt confident speaking to Rob. This was in May.Job wasn't done until July, 8 weeks later. Several times they scheduled to come and never showed up, after I had taken time off to be there, and arranged for other Tradesmen to be there (ie. Gas and Electric for heater). I understand things happen, but they wouldn't even call to cancel they would just not show up.Once the job was finally done" and I had paid

E the pool guy provides A++ customer service. Had my pool lines clogged with leaves and he unclogged it fairly quickly. He was respectful, honest and fast. Will definitely be using them again for any future pool issues or projects. He also provided me valuable knowledge that I can use for years to come. 5/5
