Loved this hotel!! The beds are amazing and so comfortable. I have a bad back so I'm always leary about hotel beds, these ones were amazing. And the shower pressure was so great! Definelty will be back the next time we go through Lethbridge! And the continental breakfast is quite small, but the sausages were super tasty amd not greasy at all!

Rooms are a bit small but very clean and according to price a very good value. Breakfast was great. We would stay there again.

A really well maintained hotel. Clean and safe. They have nice rooms that have couches to make it easier to relax rather than sit on the bed or desk chair.

I stayed at this hotel before it fell under the Best Western banner and raised its prices. The rooms are comfortable and the beds sublime. Breakfast is sufficient. Just stayed there again and was pleased with the comfort.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Staff was helpful, rooms clean and cost effective. Area was quiet yet close to all services. If you are just looking for a nice quiet place to use as a base as you visit Lethbridge this is the place for you. Recommend highly

Staff was friendly upon arriving. Gave me a choose of room which was great. The room was clean, but not in good shape. Multiple scuffs on walls, and furniture. There is also some cosmetic damage on ceiling.Minus that the rest of my stay was perfect!

One of the smaller hotels I have visited but nice and clean with friendly staff. I was able to use my Best Western points for the stay so price was free.

Very poor service from the evening front desk staff. In the morning the breakfast consisted of bagged scrambled eggs possibility of toast some small dried up muffins by the looks of it and juice and coffee no yogurts no pastries or Danish's or anything like thatExtremely disappointing.Somewhat difficult to find, in my opinion.
