In October 2021, we started using Vtixonline to sell our online tickets. We needed to produce 5 concerts this season, 4 of them were hybrid in-person/livestream events. Previously, we had used Vtix for printing hard tickets but when I saw that they did online ticketing, I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did. Jaron and Kevin go above and beyond with their customer service, their platform is user friendly, they answer my email inquiries in a prompt and friendly manner. Vtixonline is also a local and Canadian owned company. They have our business from now on!
