Usually very good. Last time I was there the receptionist took quite awhile to acknowledge me and the individual picking my order took nearly 10 minutes to pick 3 small items and got the order wrong.

Always use shippers supply. Their tape sticks. Their wrap wraps. Most shops I’ve worked at use shippers supply too. Reliable.

Great place for shipping supplies. They were previously called Shippers Supply. You can check out their inventory online, call them to place an order for pick up or delivery and they will have it prepared for you. They will take payment over the phone and it usually takes a few minutes to an hour for processing and someone calls you back to let you know when it's ready for pick up. Note: you need to go through side door to pick up your order. Staff at warehouse is very friendly.

There are no public toilets due to covid, but they can use portable toilets. Almost a year has passed and it is not known when the corona will end, till then the company will not allow any visitor to use the washroom.Although, I appreciate the behavior of the employees.

Shipper Supply has been a great supporter of food banks and have definitely been there when we need assistance. They have great carts at great prices.

Website says in stock but it is not in stock, they doesn't know when they will be getting it and they want to charge card for advance payment. If you know when you will have in stock and charge credit card then it is fine. There is no ETA of products and want to charge card....very strange....

Very friendly stuff. Never have to wait for service.However as a delivery driver who picks up freight from Spicer. I now have to fill out our company way bill because Spicer won't fill them out anymore.So now my pickup takes longerThere is duplication of way billsIt's bad for the environment and very wasteful.

Good fairly quick service because no one else was there. The order picker had to check my invoice which is fine but should have a screen to see the orders and get them ready..!Also Spicers..not sure that name (associated with paper and stationery supplies and NOT packaging or shipping supplies will do them any favours at all.Given competitors a hugely leading edge now
