It was my first time going to a Toys R Us (Baby R Us) with my husband to find items for our baby registry and as first parents, we didn't know much about what to get. We were helped by a kind, patient and helpful sales associate name Jenna that was excellent and walked us though everything we needed to know. She stayed with us for over 2 hours and was very honest and gave us the best advice on what to get and on what we didn't need. Thanks to her I completed my baby registry to 70% when I only entered with 7% and I got a sample bag at the end with baby goodies which was really nice. Keep up the great work and thanks again for the great service! I will be coming back again and I highly recommend this place due to the great customer service from Jenna.

Staff at this location are amazing ! My wife and I went in there today not knowing what we need for our first newborn that's due to come in November; in terms of the stroller, bassinet and so forth and Jenna" helped us with everything. She set up a registry account for us and made THE best recommendations. Anyone going to that location will definitely feel welcome and happy :)"

Be careful when you buy anything from this store in Canada, and ask about the return policy…. I bought Lego in the morning from their store on the Decarie in Montreal and found the box broken in the afternoon so I went back to Toys R us same store to return it at the same day… they refused to return it saying that in their policy they don’t return Lego !!!!! I asked them where is this policy written, and of course it is not written anywhere…. I told them you should write this on a big sign near the Lego section… very bad store I don’t know till when they will survive… always high prices, no price matching (this is what the staff told me) no return… they don’t respect any of customers rights in Canada

I went shopping with my 3 yr old to this store today. As my son picked up a toy car, and we looked around for more toys, a man who works there, (a big guy with short hair and glasses) suddenly came to me and said: 10 dollars! "I looked at him

Very rude service from Brenden at the service counter on Friday, July 14th. Refused to listen to the explanation that the price was ringing up wrong. Even the other associate told him and agreed with me once we went to make sure. I understand it was ringing up under the same barcode as the more expensive item but, the series was completely different and wrong. Would’ve gladly shown more proof but the guy was condescending and I didn’t feel like arguing so I left the item. Also, the other girl at the register.. took the person behind me when opening her cash instead of taking next in line which is the way it’s supposed to be. Terrible experience.

The service at the florr level was behond what i expected as a client without any babies. They were really helpful and pleaseant. But when get at the cash level , there was nonone behinf me even that the guy was king of in rush and wanted to finish with me so he can moove. And that’s what happen. ( i don’t remember his name ) but it was a asina guy with hair. I ask for a gift receipt. Seems like it was too much to ask. I even pay for a bag when he finish the transaction was already ready to moove i remind him i have a bag and he was yes the bag are her the way he mind it i was supposed to take it by miself anyways he gave me the bags and i was supposed to be the one that put the box inside of it. No service at all at the cash level. While i was putting the item in the bag he was already out.
