Great & super friendly customer service, installation booked in way quicker than I’d expected too. Really lovely pair of chaps came out in lousy weather to our home on the Lizard and got us up and running with fixed wireless broadband in no time at all.End result is solid and reliable speeds at a very competitive price, so if you’re in Cornwall and fancy some broadband with a bit more poke, give Wildanet a go, I doubt you’d be disappointed.

Worst internet provider I’ve been with constant issues when you ring them all they say is that’s it’s fine on there end it drops constantly super slow at peak times also connection to upstairs is really poor all they try doing is charging £7 a month boosters PER ROOM in my 3 bedroom house never needed them with talk talk before I joined wildanet will be cancelling my contract tomorrow paying £50 for there service is a absolute joke not worth 50p

Have tried to get Wildanet to commit to connecting us. So far we have been promised June,July ,August September. Now in october and they won't reply to emails. They failed to phone us back when promised. I was then told i was rude for stating the facts with customer services. Since when was stating facts become rude. Wildanet are in the business of communication. So far they have failed 100%.

We moved from Somerset to Torpoint on Friday and SKY was useless, they promised to connect us on Friday but that didn’t happen, then Monday arrives and a neighbour had recommended Wildanet, I called them at 8.45am on Monday and explained that I work remotely from home and I needed Internet and by 1pm, I had Internet. They were outstanding to say the least and the service I received was second to none. Thank you so much to the team who helped us out. I’ll certainly be recommending Wildanet as not only is their service first class, it’s also cheaper and much better too!!

Don't understand why they are building in hayle where openreach have fttp when small villages are not in there plans. I guess they want to get there numbers up . Would be good if they spend the governments money on connecting hard to reach villages.

I'd been looking to get broadband installed for some time but couldn't decide which provider to choose. Following a recommendation from a friend I did some research into WILDANET. I placed my order to have broadband installed at 11pm on Wednesday 4/5/22, received confirmation the following morning of an appointment the next day (6/5/22) at 10am. The engineers arrived on time and from the moment I let them in they were polite, professional and extremely friendly. It took them just over an hour to carry out the installation and as quick as a flash I was up and running. I'm genuinely amazed at the level of customer service I received. The broadband service so far has been amazing. Quick downloads, apps load quick as lightning too. For anybody looking for a new broadband provider they should seriously consider WILDANET. I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Fifty million this company has invested apparently and another 35 million from the tax payer. Sold the dream and I can see their bacon. So all installed worked fine until the evenings a massive go slow , I phoned customer service and no call back tried the next day got of someone after giving your inside leg measurements and to be told they are using the same frequency for weather radar and military use really Also spoken with other users and all had continuous issues but did have BT for back up now that’s telling you something.

Fantastic company to work with as a consumer. Big tech could learn a thing or two. Fibre to the premises within three days. From the groundworks to a working service install. Very happy and a massive thanks to all the people involved. Certainly recommend to anyone wishing for better customer service and a move away from the giants.
