Just had Jen's Mobile Paw Spa here to groom Penny! I have never used a mobile pet grooming service before so I was excited to see the results. Samantha was her groomer and did a FANTASTIC job on her! She looks so much younger and looks like she feels more comfortable as well! She definitely is a great groomer and I already booked Penny’s next appt with her! It was SO NICE to not have to drop her at a groomer and then go back to pick her up. Less stress on the both of us and the results were top notch!

Jen's Mobile Paw Spa
Jen does an excellent job grooming both of my dogs. They always look and smell so good when she’s finished. It’s so convenient to have door to door service, and it’s wonderful for the dogs to not have to sit 4-6 hours at a groomer’s office. Jen is very professional, and she’s great with dogs. I highly recommend her.

PSA: don’t ever hire Jen's Mobile Paw Spa. she will try to get every single dollar she can out of you with made up fees.I had an appointment for two shiba inu’s which i was quoted $80 each.when she got here i told her one of them was sick with the runs so it wasn’t a good idea to do him. she said ok and took my other shiba. she said she would text me when she was done (shiba’s don’t get hair cuts just blow outs) so ok. so far so good. that was the ONLY conversation we had. never mentioned any fees.she texted me and said she was done and when i went out there the girl told me that Jen told her she has to charge me $30 for not doing one of the dogs…. so i said ok just do the other dog then but he has bad diarrhea and she said no she already gave someone else the spot.then she added an additional $10 per extra 15 minutes (whatever that means?!)i was never told that there was a time limit??!lol so now i had an original appointment for two dogs- and your charging me $30 if i don’t have you do him but you refuse to do him since i said no to the fee and you filled his spot immediately….CHARGED ME $148 FOR ONE DOG:$80 original quote$30 fee for not doing one dog$10 for 15 min ❓$10 for 15 min ❓$10 for 15 min ❓$10 for 15 min ❓I NEVER leave bad reviews but this is so awful…..they added fees and fees and made them up as they went. I was taken advantage of

Monica just left and omg our dogs are so handsome and happy! We have a Pomchi and a Pom Jack russel mix, they smell amazing, they look amazing, and walking around with confidence! Today they have gained a forever customer! Looking forward to our next appointment!

My dog is extremely hard to brush, bathe and groom. He loved Jen and she did an amazing job!!!!! I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a groomer! She's awesome!!! Very punctual and great with my dog!!!

I had Gizmo & Shadow 4 an appmt on the same Day. I had 2 go 2 the ER and Ms Jen insisted 2 have Shadow done without pity. WhenI came back from the hospital I see that your smile looks like a rag doll I have pictures but very poorly done and the worst part of this that it's Mobil so if you need it fixed real quick you to have to wait two weeks that's what said so so I took some pictures so you can see what I mean and maybe she can see what I mean but I'm not interested anymore in that type of service not with that attitude no matter if you're sick or tired you have employees to take care of situations but maybe not highly not recommended

I filled out the form on the website as requested and never heard back. We are looking for someone local to trim our Dalmatians nails. They are very people friendly but not dog friendly so taking them to the vet or petsmart are not good options. I got her name from our neighborhood fb group as highly recommended. I'm very disappointed.

I worked with Monica at Jen’s Mobile Paw Spa today and she was absolutely wonderful to both of my dogs, Ziggy and Penguin! She was early to the appt, gentle with my girls, and provided great and friendly customer service. Can’t wait to have my dogs groomed again - already booked the next appt!

She was fantastic. I needed to have someone to come to my home as I do not drive..Two hours later and my Missy returned with Jen and looking fabulous. Jen did a wonderful and very professional job. Credit card used and my baby never looked better. Thank you Jen
