Ernie's Mobile Whole Hog Barbecue and Catering

Cannot gush enough about Ernie’s. We had a wedding out in Rocky View County and they showed up on time and got ready before schedule which was awesome. Everyone was raving about the food after especially the pork and the sauces. Very polite and pleasant staff. Would highly recommend.

Ernie and his team catered our wedding this past September and did an absolutely fabulous job! In addition to being so warm and gracious with all our guests, they arrived punctually after driving through a snow storm to our venue out in the country and had everything set up quickly so no one was waiting long to eat. We had so many compliments on the food - the roast pork, chicken and sides were all amazing and plentiful - and many compliments about how friendly he and his wife were as they catered the event. They also had everything cleaned up after dinner very efficiently.Even though we missed the food tasting dates prior to the wedding, Ernie met with me and my fiancee over the summer to go over our selected menu, showed us around his kitchen, provided all the details we needed for our event, and followed through perfectly with everything discussed. We would definitely recommend their service based on the terrific food, customer service and reliability!

Ernie and his crew are nothing short of amazing. We had originally planned to have our wedding three years ago (thanks Covid) throughout those three years Ernie was so accommodating with our date changes. He also had us come for a beautiful sit down evening so we could try out what we had ordered for our wedding. This weekend we finally had our wedding. The girls who came to help out were so polite and helpful. EVERYONE commented on how delicious everything tasted and were so impressed. I would definitely recommend Ernie and his crew for any of your events. Thank you again and hopefully we will see you guys again soon.

Ernie and his wife are the nicest people you will ever meet. I am in a time of trouble and, they came through for us like no one has ever done. They gave us a nice big turkey and many more items out of the goodness of their hearts. They are generous and kind. They saved our Christmas this year. Also, my boss used their services for a company BBQ he had this past summer and, I can tell you the food was delicious! I would recommend them for any event you might have.-Marie

Amazing! Ernie catered our wedding and personally visited the site to ensure everything went well. All our guests commented on how tasty the food was. It was on time and skillfully served by his staff. We ordered the whole hog and barbecue chicken. Delicious! Ernie was consistently available by phone to respond to our many last minute panic questions before the event. Well done. Highly recommended.

We hired Ernie’s mobile BBQ for our wedding reception this past Saturday, and the food was incredible.We are so glad we chose them, and so were our guests!We chose the whole hog roast, scalloped potatoes (best I’ve ever had) Caesar salad, coleslaw, buns and baked beans. Everyone kept talking about the sauces! They are SO good. I put all 5 on my meal lolDefinitely a crowd pleaser and worth every penny.Thank you Ernie!

We used Ernie for our wedding five year ago, the food was amazing and guests still talk about how great the whole hog was! We used Ernies ready to go meals this weekend for a family birthday! We picked it up last minute, again everything tasted amazing and it was so convenient to throw together! The bottled bbq sauces were a great add on! Definitely will be supporting this business again soon!

We had Ernie's mobile BBQ for our daughters wedding on June 22 and I have to say the food was incredible. The pork from the pig roast was juicy and delicious. All of our guests were very impressed with the food and everyone was full and said the food was delicious. There was lots to eat and more then enough food for everyone who wanted seconds. It is great that Ernie supplies the plates and cutlery that way a person doesn't have to worry about that on a busy wedding day. Ernie is very reasonably priced and is well worth it. We would definitely use Ernie again and I highly recommend if you need a caterer for your event Ernie's Mobile BBQ is who you should use.

We use Ernie's for corporate events throughout the year and they always deliver an amazing spread. Our most recent event was very last minute, and Ernie made it happen (with 10 more people added to the guest list the night before!!) I'm so appreciative of the efforts and professionalism from him and his delivery staff. And the food is AWESOME. Juicy chicken, the beef on a bun was delicious, the cupcakes were home made and BEAUTIFUL. We also do our corporate Christmas dinner through him every year, and we will certainly continue!
