When we went to InsideOut for our patio set, barbecue and fire pit, we were welcomed right away by knowledgeable and very friendly staff. It is hard to find stores these days with honest and reliable staff until we went to InsideOut. They will help you choose the right product and even delivers and installs them for you if needed. Amazing experience buying outdoor furniture at InsideOut. Scottie and Nick were friendly, informative, no pressure and really helped us out. Their selection was amazing and prices were great.We showed up at 4:50 on a Sunday when they close at 5. Was suppose to be a quick look and out before 5, had no intent to buy. Scottie took time with us to make sure we were informed and happy to buy furniture we liked. Ended up buying everything we wanted and couldn't be happier.

I have been going to Inside Out Patio for the last 8-9 years. I have never been disappointed with the quality of product or the knowledge of the staff at the store.Over the past several years, I have purchased numerous grills from this location for my home and cottage. Most recently, I purchased a Traeger pellet grill.I spent a number of hours researching the grill and spoke with sales staff at the location. After consultation, I felt extremely confident with the choice I was making.The advice received, once again, was bang on and could not be happier with the guidance received from the employees and owner of this location.I could not recommend enough based on personal experience and knowledge of the staff.A++++

We were very impressed by the selection of patio furniture styles and colours at Inside Out. We got our set (+ decorative pillows) last spring, helped by Scott, who’s super friendly, honest and knowledgeable about the products. Delivery of the patio set happened within a week, surprisingly fast given supply chains were already disrupted.Come fall, we purchased custom-made covers for our patio furniture, which look much nicer and appear to be much more protective than the flimsy tarps we had wrapped around before. Delivery took about 6-7 weeks, which we were warned about beforehand. Very happy with the product and service at this local business.

Loving my new Napoleon bbq island from Insideout. They supplied all the bbq components, helped me design and did the complete installation including counter top and gas work. Very knowledgeable staff, massive showroom and great service. Looking forward using my new outdoor kitchen.

Do your research before visiting this store because you can find the furniture cheaper at other stores. We ended up paying 400 more for furniture that we could’ve bought somewhere else and they were floor models. Also, pay attention to the “discounts” they apply. The math didn’t add up on my receipt and I didn’t realize until a week later. Their sales terms & conditions are also very strict as compared to other stores.

Couldn't be happier with my experience. Sam and the team were easy to work with and always so helpful, but never the pushy sales types. Large selection of items and I was given a good pricing on all the pieces I bought for the new deck ( sectional,table' chairs and fire pit ) When my deck contractor saw the stuff and heard the prices he asked me to email him a link to the store. Delivery was smooth and the result was everything I had hoped for.TimToronto

We have purchased patio furniture fromInsideOut in the past and have been pleased. When our current set needed replacing, this was one of the first places we went to check out. In April 2022, my husband and I purchased a relatively expensive patio lounge set. We were told it was in stock and delivery would be within two weeks - this was the primary selling point as our current set is not usable. We didn’t mind paying a premium for the furniture because we basically live on our deck in the summer.Seven weeks later, we still have no set. We were patient for the first few weeks but after trying to get more information on timeline, we were told it was expected last week and still no word or schedule for delivery. We had to reach out again this week and are unsure if we will actually see this set anytime soon. What is most unsettling is that they didn't hesitate to process the payment for the set we don't currently have. They are impossible to reach by phone and provide little assistance by email.Very disappointing customer service, especially for the price point of furniture. Timely and proactive communication would go a long way, as well as not processing payment for an item that is so delayed. We had to use broken outdoor furniture for a a family celebration instead of the set we’ve paid for. Had we known, we could have purchased a different set.
