Colvile Island Observatory Point
Pleasant, busy, often noisy (seaplanes taking off/landing) w/ kerosene smell, approx 3-4km walk from Lime Bay (next to Spinnakers Brew House-actually can start from Blue Bridge) to West Bay along Victoria inner & middle harbour w/ views of harbour, downtown, Empress Hotel, and magnificent Juan de Luca Strait & Olympic mountains.
