I was helped by Jodi and I can not say enough about the service she gave. I was looking to purchase a Xmas gift and she took the time to explain the difference between the products. Never once made me feel uncomfortable about taking up her time when the store was busy.Great customer service Jodi.

Incredibly helpful people every single time I leave completely satisfied their their pricing is pretty good but most importantly is the people that work there they are absolutely fantastic they are polite knowledgable forthcoming. Really good anyways I recommend it to anybody I buy all my phones there

I came in not the store, I’m not a Bell Customer but I had an issue with my phone and Jodi helped me anyway. She gave me very good service and was able to fix my phone for me, I’m very happy!

I had a really great experience In the store. Jodi and Walker were truly helpful and very nice! They helped us get through everything and explained every little details carefully which was really great! Their service were amazing!

Excellent customer service. She was stayed almost an hour past CV losing time to make sure we got to every thing needed for my phone to be work. Awesome job!

Jodi helped us through the process, provided all the information and got us the great deal as per our needs. She was super nice, helpful and friendly. Definitely prefer in-store service rather than online or through call.

Helped my dad change from an android to an iPhone but realized I was in way over my head. Went to the source and got help from Kyle. What a genius he is!! I am super impressed and will be going back to this store for ALL my needs. He really didn’t need to do all he did (he did everything) and I just want to say…thank you so much Kyle!!!!
