We contacted Fitch to install some upgrades to the security system at our office. They visited our office within a few days and scheduled the installation 2 weeks from the visit. The installation was done in just over a day. I couldn't be happier with the level of service we received. The price quoted was also very fair. Highly recommend Fitch to anyone looking to install or upgrade their security system, or any other services that Fitch provides.

Would not hire this company based on the unsafe practices of their drivers.Witnessed one of their vehicles barreling down the 400 northbound at 7:15 this morning.Infractions include:- excessive speeding- unsafe lane change- aggressive manoeuvringSlow down! There is no need to put other drivers at risk like this!

I had a new window and sliding glass door put in and had to call Fitch to ensure my security was on the new door and window. The technician who attended at my home went above and beyond to be helpful, provide me with information about another service and did his job in a professional manner. I had my faith in customer service fully restored!!

A Fitch technician, came on site on Friday Sept 11th and I must say that I am thankful for him and his excellent customer service. He was on-site to install a lock, to fix the barrier gate arm, and to address our intercom line. The first two items were done with no hiccup but we were having an issue with our intercom line. I reached out to Fitch 4 weeks ago to inform them of the issue and they noted it was line/Bell issue. Contacted Bell they confirmed all accounts up to date and sent a tech on site. Only then to be told its the intercom - straight run around. Anyhow, on Friday I mentioned it to the tech and he said the intercom was fine its the line. The Fitch Tech went above and beyond and took some time to help find the root of the problem. Long story short, he confirmed it was a Bell/line issue as well left me with a working intercom.The level of service the Fitch Tech provided was top notch.

Our service technician is amazing! He is always available to help in a timely manner and such a lovely person. He is courteous, concise and very capable of solving any problems or assisting us with any issues we have with our equipment. I would always recommend Fitch Security to anyone in the future.

We've experienced excellent communication and scheduling for installations over the years with Fitch, their technicians are knowledgeable and our projects (primarily upgrades) have been completed without any ongoing issues.
