I’ve had certain issues arise with my iPhone 11. Customer service here has been considerate and thorough. They navigate through any issues/problems with phones and laptops. Definitely recommend if issues arise with your phone/computers!

this store was recommended by fido kiosk in the mall for my ipad cover and screen guard and finally I got a very good case and screen guard which was installed by MK, he is a very professional guy because he know his work very well. I always recommend everybody this store to buy the phone accesories.

M.K. was courteous, friendly and very helpful! Great experience at Future Tech at the Burlington Centre location. M.K. was able to replace my broken tempered glass screen shield in little to no time. The replacement tempered glass covers perfectly now on my Samsung S20 FE cellphone. My husband and I were also able to get new cases for our S20 FE cellphones that are so much better than what we had before.Thank you.

Great service. Always so patient with us seniors. Staff was Hafiz. Technology seems easier for the younger generation. We appreciate that they all have a smile and help us through our hurdle with my husband’s new Samsung table. Thanks. Great staff at the Burlington location.
