My husband and I have ordered food from this restaurant many times over the last several years(solid 8 years). It used to be one of our go to restaurants to order from. Today will be the absolute last time we order from here! We received a completely non edible order tonight and after calling the restaurant and the person saying she doesn't know what to say and just said the owner is not in to try calling tomorrow and they are closing in 20 minutes so her hands are tied we are completely baffled to say the least. So much money wasted.We noticed probably about a year ago alot of inconsistencies in the food taste, appearance and quality. Still we would keep trying and it would be hit or miss on how good it would be. Always edible but often just not a good as it used to be. After several months of not having food from here we decided to give it another try. We both ordered our usual shish tawouk/chicken skewer plate, tabbouleh salad and some beef samosas.To our shock and surprise, the tabbouleh Salad was nothing but parsley tomato and onion with far far far too much seasoning of garlic ect. No crushed wheat but we decided to give it a go and instantly had a tongue itch over the potency. The beef samosas were completely chard black and burnt and hard you couldn't bite into them from them being so burnt and then the chicken was so smothered in seasoning and salt it was not edible. We love flavorful foods but this was awful beyond beliefWe would have been happy to go exchange for new meals but were completely dismissed.We have called in the past to express our disappointment in the food quality inconsistencies but still decided to give it another chance and it was a complete disappointment and disaster of an order. We will never order from here again and will never recommend it again sadly.

Tried this place for the first time today! Had the chicken shawarma wrap! The portion was easily enough for two meals and it was by far the BEST I’ve ever had by a long shot! The service was even better which was hard to beat! The owner let me try the beef, and sent me on my way with a little something for the kiddos too! Will definitely be back! Thank you!

Really enjoy this place every time I order takeout. Great flavours, kind people, family owned. It checks off so many boxes for me.Tried the poutine for the first time today. They add black pepper which gives a nice kick.Would recommend.

Phenomenal food. Marinated, prepared, and cooked to perfection. No BS. All meats are cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and flavourful. Staff & owner vested in business and genuinely love what they do. Best shawarma spot in Durham, hands down.

Sad to be leaving a dissapointing review- but we came home with 4 shawarma and an order of fries- almost $70 (which is just wild, but OK)I was the only person in the empty restaurant late sunday evening for starters and it took us almost thirty five minutes for my order.The chicken was dry, and the beef was even dryer. The main issue was the shawarma were over stuffed with said, dry meat. While they were Being made I mentioned to the server that I hope that these wraps are not gonna explode and fall apart on us which of course they did and I knew they would. She said she put extra chicken in them. Normally a giant shawarma with a bunch of meat is good (i guess), but it was horrible to eat and made a giant mess. We ended up eating whatever we could with the shawarma in a bowl with a fork.Just a overall horrible experience....The fries were super soggy to add to the mix

I recently had the pleasure of taking out from this fantastic shawarma restaurant for the family and I have to say, it was an absolute delight. The food was top-notch, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was just perfect.As for the chicken shawarma, the chicken was tender and juicy, and the spices used in the marinade added just the right amount of flavor.The other surprise standout dishes for me was the poutine which was expertly prepared with just the right amount of crispy fries, savory gravy, and gooey cheese curds. Each bite was a perfect blend of flavors and textures, and I found myself going back for more even after I was already full.But perhaps the true star of the show was the garlic sauce. It was hands-down one of the best garlic sauces I've ever had. It had the perfect balance of tangy and creamy, with just the right amount of garlic flavor to make it truly irresistible. I found myself slathering it on everything from my shawarma to my pita bread.Overall, I would highly recommend this shawarma restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty meal or just a quick bite, this place has it all. So if you find yourself in the area, do yourself a favor and give this place a try. You won't regret it!

Worst chicken shawarma wrap ever!!Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, the wrap was cold & dry. Chicken was cold, hard and discoloured, the hummus was extremely dry and a powdered. Couldn’t eat the wrap and had to throw it.Service was bad as well, the lady didn’t seem to care when I told her the same. Her response was this is all we have!!

I got the Tybah wrap with beef. The wrap itself was really good. The veggies were fresh and the beef tasted pretty good. The added touch of the crispy pita chips gives the wrap a great crunch.I give 3 stars because the service was 89% trash!! I went with my friend, who recommended the place, and we got the same thing. But as the girl was making it, she started with my friend's and was doing a great job but when it came to mine, she just chucked the ingredients left in her hand onto mine. When I looked at the to wraps side by side, mine looked like a throw away.I pointed it out and asked for a bit more tomatoes and turnips. She begrudgingly started adding extra of everything making the wrap huge. It tasted good so I did t mind but that's not was I asked for.Also I think there could have been way more sauce. I think if they served a side cup of sauce, that would help out the dryness of the beef.Overall, I would go again but not anytime soon.

My first experience at this place was really nice, the attendant was well behaved and attended me with utmost respect. The food was delicious and the way that guy made my wrap it was so nice. I will surely visit again thank you .
