Kernels Popcorn/Baskin Robbins

The girl working there barely understood English and was pretty rude. She then proceeded to scoop the saddest ice cream cone I've ever seen. A half scoop placed directly on the top of the cone and then handed it to me. No ice cream within the cone at all. For $6 that's unacceptable. Won't ever go back.

This is a terrible shop bad service from a lady with short hair in glasses can't imagine how her rude attitude is the staff this shop only gives you a small amount of ice cream it shouldn't be there I will never go back

I LOVE BASKIN ROBBINS but I HATE the one at This location!!! They NEVER can make anything ice vream related. No shakes NO BLASTS no sundaes ...This is the 6th time I have travelled to this mall to get Baskin Robbins and yet again they Cant do Blasts.They never even say sorry or even explain why. This is the most frustrating.Maybe they should let customers know that it is not available like everything else on the menu. (As seen in photo)

We went here about 1:30pm and working 2 girls there are flavours of popcorn and we asked for little test and they both laughed it’s feeling bad for Costmers please don’t do again like this behaviour

Workers denied us milkshakes after waiting in line for 15 minutes saying they don’t make milkshakes an hour before closing , what a joke!!! Never going back to this location the staff are lazy and also rude !!!!

Total nickel and dime operation. Spent over $20 on ice cream for my kids and after one of the children asks for a spoon they wanted to charge for the tiny plastic spoon. Is this even worth arguing? Obviously doesn't care at ALL about the customer and especially children enough to provide a fun ice cream experience. Will also notify to corporate.

We ordered two brownie sundaes and the manager, Mildred, working the shift, provided the worst customer service ever. She said we can’t even taste test the ice cream to see which flavour we like. Baskin Robbins is known for allowing customers to taste test but she said it was not allowed?? The brownies were stale and we couldn’t even cut into them. When we went back to tell her about it, she was extremely rude and hostile, saying she can provide a refund for only the brownies and that she can give us another scoop of ice cream. What is the point of a brownie sundae if she wouldn’t give us fresh brownies?? We finally got her to give us a refund but we got the worst attitude. The overall service was horrible. Will definitely not be returning to this branch.

The one have yellow hair(she have a glass on and she's short )was so rude! ! ! She ignored people's talk and that ice cream is small and when I go back to place to eat I saw a boy with an huge one in his hand! My little sister got the saddest ice cream scoop I've ever seen ! She’s only four I don’t know how they even get an five star that ridiculous, holy never eat it again

It was impossible to reason with them.All I wanted was fresh hot popcorn and clerk turned it down saying it's the store policy.It's a food shop that doesn't want to serve fresh food.
