Had a great time shopping for a costume for my son's Halloween costume. Knowledgable and extremely helpful staff member who was willing to order particular items that weren't available in the store. Everyone should take a look before doing any other costume shopping! They even have shoes and boots for rent!

Once Upon A Guise was an absolute pleasure to work with when renting their mascot costumes for our community event in Kitchener. Friendly and Professional service and the costumes themselves were in really good condition. They were thoroughly enjoyed by the attendees!
