Highly recommend this place to anyone in Erie by far the best pet store I’ve ever been to! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and gave me lots of guidance and product recommendations in my price range when I got my chameleon! They all were so friendly and really knew what they were doing. Will definitely be back!!Also it’s very apparent they all truly care about the animals there finding good homes truly a job well done thank you guys!!!

It's a small store. Not a lot of variety. They make their own brand Redford that is really amazing. Always go here for the best treats!

Very friendly even stayed friendly after they were closed we didn't even know they were closed until we had to be let out of the store. They loved our puppy and took pictures of our 4 month bernese mountain dog. They always tend to have what we are.looking for too.

,**Update , (lately my husband and myself have seen a lot of new faces. We just want to push a little shout out and let all the new people know that they're doing a fantastic job. always in a great mood and always have great communication. )My husband and myself shop here for a cat food their brand is an excellent food. We have three cats and they literally will not eat any other wet cat food other than the tuna recipe. And they eat the Redford dry food also our cat's coats are beautiful their skin they're very healthy definitely will continue to buy this brand every night 9:00 this happens to my home they know it's time to eat. Thank you to all the staff for all their help and their extra effort during a pandemic your hard work is noticed. (Update) even after the pandemic they continue to improve more and more in the store great staff great place kudos. Fantastic experience.

Great location, very tidy and well-organized store with friendly staff. The dog bathing area was clean and easy to use. My only complaint is that the prices on some of the dog toys seemed pretty high. I compared them with online retailers and they were a bit pricier in Pet Supplies Plus. PSP is a large chain, so I expected the prices to match other large retailers. I was surprised. That being said, the variety of toys and food was great. The dog bathing station is very convenient.
