Was here Aug. 28!!! The short guy there with ponytail, which I think the manager is extremely rude. I am just asking some prices and he looked at up and down before he answered my question. The brand may be expensive for some people and it is not bad to purchase sometimes you feel deserved it plus if it is on sale. Nice deals but worst customer service.traumatized.

The sales people following you around the store makes the experience unpleasant.

I have been shopping for several years at Tristan through Montreal and Toronto. Over that time, I have been helped each time but I had to write about an incredible stylist Ana, who works at their Yorkdale location. She took the time to set up the outfits in my change room and showed me how to mix and match. I am so happy to have met her, and I am coming back very soon!

Thank you ALEJANDRO!! Alejandro helped me with the very unique task of having me fitted for an upcoming project. Everything I asked for he had for me with my sizes and even added some additional outfits he thought were nice. Thank you very much Alejandro!!

A store Associate; who said was the Manager in duty. She told me her name was Paola. Which I don’t know if it’s true. Was the most horrible person I have ever interacted with. I was there with my mom she was retuning one item from a bunch that she bought the day before. We left the store after, and then she realized she was missing her Tristan bag that had another item in it. When we were walking in the mall she noticed she had two missed calls from the store , when she called back this lady told her she threw the back in the recycle bin. So when my mom gets back to the store she asks her where is the bag and she says she threw it and she was like I had something else there in that bag .. so she only asked where was the recycle bin so she can take a look. And she out of nowhere took out her camera and staring filming here and saying that she was standing where she shouldn’t be and becuse I notice she was filming her I went up to her and said what are you doing you cannot film we were just looking for her bag … and she acts completely disrespectful and says that she is going to call security. This person is insane she should not work in customer service. My mom is a regular customer there and she has always had pleasant experience until dealing with this lady. She also started telling my mom recycling in English means this and talking her down.. . We were nothing but trying to communicate with her and right away she became defensive and disrespectful by the tone and things she was saying. Please I hope you really do something about this as it was a very unpleasant experience and she made us very upset and anxious and also the fact that she started filming my mother out of nowhere for really no reason. What kind of person does that!!!

I bought a shirt for the first time at this store at Yorkdale for my husband for Father’s Day. I happened to go there two weekends prior due to my busy schedule.When we gave the gift this morning he was not too happy so I brought it to return and was told I was a day over the return period so I could not get a refund only gift card. Not only that I had to ask someone if they can help even though two people were standing around the cashier desk and they saw me waiting in line for help.I think the service is ridiculous and the rule is a little off as if we have no work in our lives to get there on time . There could be leniency if it’s a day or two off . If you really want to service customers and make them want to shop at your store there has to be a flexibility and good customer service .

I received 5 items as a birthday gift and when I tried to return or exchange 2 of the items I was told that they could not be returned because they had been worn, not the case. Price Tags were included and I had a gift receipt. Yorkdale location

I visited the store this morning and I was on the lookout for some quick pieces for a trip that I hadn’t made time to pack for. One of the associates, Nel - greeted me and even though I was in a rush told me about a skirt I was looking at. She found similar pieces for me as well. I can’t believe that I was about to walk out of the store because I couldn’t make a coordinating look and she made 4 for me in 5 minutes. This store is worth it, if you are visiting Yorkdale!
