The day events is the best decor vendor to work with! Rania did an amazing job providing value and advice based on her expertise. The decor came out perfect, and exactly as I had pictured. I was so happy when I saw it all come together. I highly recommend!

Rania did a wonderful job on our daughter’s wedding , bridal shower and engagement . The entire team was well organized and extremely professional in the way they interacted with all of our guests and vendors.Rania put in a lot of thoughtful details in everything that she touched, from the way she set up the venue to the timeline she laid out . She was an absolute joy to work with , as an event planner.

Rania is so professional in her work. I worked with Rania on an event recently. Even though I gave her only a week notice she managed to get everything done perfectly on time. I didn't have to worry about anything cuz she has a great relationship with supplies and knows exactlywhat her customers needs. Rania is not only professional but also a very kind hearted person, she works from her heart and make sure her customers are happy and get the highest quality of work. She works day and night and even weekend and I saw that in my event. I am so grateful I had Rania organize and manage my event. All my family loved her and were very happy with everything she organized for us. I highly recommend Rania for any event you have.

I met Rania in 2021 at a bridal show, and I did like her work and her set up there, my mom had also rented a couple of things from her for my bridal shower that we loved, my husband and I had made the decision to hire her as our day planner for our wedding in aug 2022 we gave her a $500 and she sent us a contract with all of her duties , unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances my father in law had got very sick a week before the wedding so we made the difficult decision to cancel our reception until further notice. He had passed away the same week, and we had advised rania of this and she was okay to change the date to a later date which was very nice of her. When I contacted her in Jan of 2023 to advise that we have scheduled the date for our wedding to be april 21st 2023, she mentioned it was a religious holiday for her and she would not be in attendance but she could send her team that would be able to look after the event. I didn't like this because I dealt with her and wanted her to coordinate the event, I asked for my deposit back and she refused, I asked her kindly to give me some time to talk to my husband about it.. a month went by and I contacted Rania to advise that we are okay with the other members of her team working the event if she is not willing to give us our deposit back. She then told us that noone is available to work the event and that she can not give us our deposit back nor help us with the event. Even though in her contact it states that 35% of the deposit can be given back. I dont understand why she would do this, I should have read other reviews about her before hiring her, she is unprofessional and unhelpful, we went through a very tough time and she mentioned she didnt have any other events that day for her staff so im unsure as too why she was not able too help us. It left us feeling upset, lost and tired from the whole event because our initiative to hire her as a day planner is that she would take all the stress off of us and we could enjoy our day.
