Gracious Tiles & Hardwood Flooring

We recently had our basement floor done with gracious Tiles and Hardwood. From material selection to installation, it was fast, efficient, professional and affordable service. Highly recommend them!

We did the living room, stairways and landings in hardwood matched to our existing hardwood in the kitchen and hallway. Quite a big job that was completed on a timely and professional manner. We are more than pleased with the results and Gori and his team were excellent from start to finish. Guri was an amazing help when it came to finding the right hardwood for my floor, and the service of gracious tiles & hardwood flooring was outstanding.

I got Engineered Hardwood from them took my time for selection ,got it delivered to my house but somehow the colour didn’t go with my decor so i called them they were really nice and professionals , they told me no worries come and choose other colour and they delivered my new selected hardwood and took other one back no hustle ( i was little stressed but they took alway all my stress )My New Floor Looks Great , Quality is awesome.I won’t hesitate to recommend them to others

I did raise the concern before installing and called the store as well. Mr Rahul said don’t compare sample with 1 piece, it will match and look good once installed. Later in the store he himself opened a box and compared with sample and admit it’s quite different. So basically first you asked to install and now saying it’s too late because it’s installed. Stay away. There material does not match store samples. Once you paid full, you will become invisible to them. 0 customer service once material is delivered. They did acknowledge the issue and there solution is “I will call you” and that call will never come.

Had a great experience - installation was reasonably priced and was quick and smooth. Guri and Rahul were amazing throughout the process. While most of the other flooring companies on Speers road had no installation availability for the next 3-4 weeks...Guri helped us have everything installed within a week of us stepping to their showroom...We know where to go when we have flooring needs next time.

Excellent customer service! I bought vinyl flooring and bathroom tiles from this store after shopping around for awhile .The staff was very patient and help me to find the best option for the best price. Moreover , I had to buy a bit more middle of my project in a short time period, and to return extra materials twice after the project is completed, the store and staffs are very cooperative and made it a very smooth process .I am very happy with their service and I would highly recommend them.

Where to begin. Guri and Rahul are absolute treasures! It was 8 days from the minute we stepped into the store to the day the installation of our floors was completed. Guri and Rahul set the gold benchmark standard for outstanding customer service. They visited our home multiple times during the 3 days it took to replace all floors in our LR DR and 4 bedrooms and hallway upstairs, to ensure all was going to plan. Every detail was attended to with genuine care and the utmost professionalism. Rahul came by two days after installation was complete to help dispose of the carpet rolls at curbside. This was done of his own volition and on a Saturday evening. What can be said orher than these two gentlemen are amazing! The installation was expertly and beautifully done ànd overseen by Chadnan His attention to detail, incredible work ethic, politeness and willingness to assist however was needed cannot be praised enough. These gentlemen are a pleasure to do business with. Should add that the pricing compared to other local hardwood vendors is highly, highly competitive.
