Young man Noah - excellent customer service. He was trying to solve an insoluble problem. He called different people and tried to help us. He tried everything possible. He even stayed after his shift! He needs to be promoted asap!

Terrible experience, untrained staff, and rude management. Said there were no monthly fees, and then they ended up saying the monthly service charges were 3 times lower than actual prices on an outright purchase. Would give zero stars if I could .

Rhian gave me great info when I popped in one day, and Emily did a flawless transaction the day I finally had time to make the switch to a new phone. Fast service, lots of info, went over all the pricing and gave honest remarks about certain options I had. Will always return.Returned and had Sarah ~ excellent customer service, she was alone with 3 customers abd everyone was very satisfied with how she was handling each request.
