The owner is amazing. Emailing me back after dinner to set up a pick up and purchase of my two new fishing kayaks... I cant say enough good things about this business, the owner is very helpful, knows his stuff and truly wants to see his customers happy. I would highly recommended shopping here!

Called at 7:30 pm to see if they had a particular kayak in stock. They did. Drive two hours and arrived at 10:10 am ten minutes after opening. Owner was flustered with two ladies and on the phone. Showed us which kayak and encouraged us to check it out. He disappeared in his office. The other ladies were looking at other things. When he came out we offered to buy and he said it was already sold. He acted like he did not care after encouraging me on phone to come in. Will buy elsewhere.

Excellent customer service and product support. We ran into a manufacturer defect on our kayak after 3 years, and as soon as I connected kayak-ity-Yac the kayak was replaced same day!

We loved kayaking around Washago. Dan was very helpful with giving us a quote and also delivering/picking up kayaks for 7 of us to use. He delivered them on time and the whole experience was really great. I would rent from this company again.

I bought a kayak five years ago and had a small issue with the cover. I couldn't find the receipt but the owner was able to get us the part for free under warranty. Fantastic service, beautiful showroom and overall excellent experience. I would highly recommend!

I had forgotten I had written the following review below.. that was BEFORE some really shady stuff went down.We ordered a kayak that day and we're told it would be about 4 weeks .. no problem. We asked about delivery options, paid the bill in full and were on our way home.4 weeks went by, and we received a call that the kayak was going to be delivered to the showroom within a few days. I asked again about the delivery options, and was met with some resistance. After determining that I would need delivery, which I was willing to pay for, the kayak was suddenly stuck in transit" with no clear idea of when it would be available. (Keep in mind
