I bought a reburbished laptop from here through best buy, it turned out to have a few problems so I decided to exchange it. The process was very easy and the customer service was amazing, I got the new laptop about a week or so later and it works great! Great service and great laptops, I highly recommend this place.

This was an absolutely awful experience! It was quite clear that the folks running this business either have very little grasp over their inventory and quality, or they outright lie to you while continuing to break promisesI purchased a Lenovo laptop (5th gen i5), which showed as in-stock on their website. I also paid extra to have the express 1-3 days shipping option. After 5 days of not hearing from them, or receiving a tracking number, I decided to call them. I politely inquired about the status of my order and was told that the laptop didn't pass their quality checks, but that the next shipment was due in 1-2 days, and they would ship it asap, along with a complimentary mouse to make up for the delay. I accepted this and hung up.A few days later, I still received nothing, so I called again. Once more, I was told that the NEW shipment also didn't pass quality and that it would be another 3-4 days before they can ship one out. I informed the gentleman that I was traveling on Thursday and needed my laptop by Wednesday and that this was now at risk.I asked him which laptops he had in stock, and he said he had an i7 variant, with otherwise identical specs, but it was $80 more expensive. I asked him if they could give me a discount on it, and he said the maxthey could do was $10 off. He was extremely rigid in what he was willing to do to offset for this already poor experience. I agreed to pay the extra funds, and he said he would send me an invoice shortly to pay the difference so that they could process my order. I asked if he could guarantee delivery by Wednesday, and he repeatedly assured me he could.After a few hours of not receiving the invoice, I called back and was told he'd forgotten but that it would be emailed shortly. A full day later, and still nothing. A whole weekend passed, and still nothing.I called back on Monday, and was told that they NO LONGER had this laptop in stock because he had failed to consider the already existing orders for the laptop, so they simply didn't have enough after fulfilling them to ship mine. He gave me no reason as to why they couldn't call or email me to inform me once they realized this. He offered me nothing to make up for the ongoing sheer levels of incompetence and poor service. At this point, it was starting to feel less like ignorance, and more like utter operational incompetence.I maintained my manners & composure and asked for a refund, only this time I insisted on staying on the line until it was processed. The refund processed to my credit card shortly afterwards, and I managed to escape this nightmareI then ordered an identical laptop from a nearby competitor of theirs (The PC Room) and though it was a bit more expensive, it promptly arrived, and had 9 more months of warranty.I will NEVER order from this shop again, under any circumstances. I was repeatedly misinformed (or lied to), misled, had promises broken with no regard to impact on my life, and even the slightest bit of expectationsmanagement or communication was not taken by them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!I've included screenshots of the original order & Cancellation. You can see the date span of 2 full weeks, despite the express shipping charge.Ps: Direct Easy Buy, if you're reading this, my order # was 1023. I was a little wary about buying a refurbished computer, but the support has been great. I ran into some problems outside of the warranty period and they fixed it for just the parts cost which I found to be an amicable solution.Shipping was easy and the on-line support has been responsive.Thanks!

The staff are very cordial. They went above and beyond to attend to the problem with my laptop. The warranty on my laptop had expired. They told me if they can't fix the problem in house they will have to send the laptop to manufacturer whereby I have to pay the repair cost. Fortunately they were able to diagnose the issue in house and fixed it at no charge. I highly recommend this place for all your computer needs.

Avoid this store entirely if you can. Not sure why best buy is associated with them either. They dont even deserve my one star. Here is my story:I got two refurbished laptops from this store during the thanksgiving sale period of November 2019. I had some very specific needs for a personal laptop and DirectEasyBuy had what I needed. They were very helpful to find what I needed and actually told me that the computer I had selected had a dent so I would not be happy. They then helped me find a similar one that still met my needs. Bought a refurbished computer from DirectEASYBUY through Best Buy's website. Six days later, I get contacted by them and get told that they will not be sending me the computer that I paid for because it did not pass quality check. Why was it listed in the first place, then?Was then told that I could select another unit with a more powerful CPU and PAY THE PRICE DIFFERENCE to have it shipped to me. Why should I have to pay MORE MONEY for their mistake? Absolutely livid. Worst customer service experience of my life.I would give 0 stars if I could.
