We would like to let the management of P&R Trucking in Nanaimo know about the tremendous service we received in Nanaimo. We just purchased a Tiffin motorhome and were having a few problems. We were camping in Parksville and had some read errors" and there was also a recall for the chassis which we were concerned about. Never call you back very little communication. They don't care about you just your money save yourself a headache waste of time take your money elsewhere if you want quality work. I've dealt with them several times several chances service is the same if not worse.dont waste your time and money there are many good shops in the area this isn't one of them. Had truck fixed several times still having same problems but somehow spent thousands of dollars just for them to play around with my truck.

Awesome service and fair priced. I don't know if there's any heavy-duty truck work these guys can't do! Had my parts on hand and got my truck in and repairs done much quicker than I anticipated. While my gratitude is one thing, the remote island communities I serve with my towtruck appreciate you even more.
