The staff is all over the place and always have an attitude. They make false accusations saying that I was giving their colleagues “a hard time” when all I wanted to do was cancel and know when was the next available appointment. There’s always miscommunication and instead of them acknowledging what the problem is they just blame everything on you as a patient. The Dr. doesn’t have the best customer service skills and has a dismissive attitude as well. After this I won’t be going back.

Dr Bendago is a wonderful doctor. He addressed my questions, was patient and made me feel comfortable. I had a mole removed from my forehead. He was gentle and checked in with me throughout the procedure. If l could rate him higher than 5 star, l would!!

Dr. Bendago and his staff are very professional. Aya and Wedad responded to messages promptly, considering the number of messages left in their phone system. As my wife had severe pain in her palm, Aya was able to get us an appointment in the SHN Fracture clinic within ten days of receiving the referral. Dr. Bendago saw my wife yesterday and gave her the first treatment. Dr. Bendago's prompt attention to the problem and booking the followup appointment within a month really gave us the confidence that he'd be able to resolve the issue completely soon. His support is appreciated very much.

Receptionists never pick up the phone. I find it very difficult to deal with them and will be seeking another doctor. Awful people and awful service. How are you supposed to book an appointment when nobody ever picks up the phone and there's no opportunity to even leave a voicemail message.

Dr M Bendago is a very patient calm skilled doctor. He looks at you, asks questions, speaks clearly and does not rush you. He truly cares about you and your condition. He helped me during a stressful procedure. It was an honour to be treated by such a special humanitarian. Thank you.

Think a thousand times before you do any procedures with him, read the reviews from other people. He is an extremely unprofessional person, and the receptionist is one step above him, she is rude and has no courtesy whatsoever.We had an appointment and when we went to the office it was closed!!! There were a few other patients along with us. The next time we went we were told straight to our face that we came on the wrong date! Really???Last week we went to the hospital for the procedure and when we checked in there were no issues. While we were waiting, the “doctor” came out and said our name is not on the list, and he does not feel like doing the procedure. OMG! He tried to put the blame on us for not having a consent form but we weren’t even given one. His entire staff is irresponsible and unprofessional. We took time off of work and have now lost our vacation days.There you go, you have been warned now.

Was booked for a consultation and advised of a $50 charge for missing appointment. However there was a wait at the clinic and Dr. Bendago himself said he can’t advise how long the wait will be and if I’m in a rush then I can leave. So I did.You can’t have policies for cancelation when you run behind on your appointments and advise patients to leave if that’s not ok with them.Horrible start so definitely not having someone like that operate on me.

Arrogant Palestinian Doctor he assumes he is practicing in occupied Plasteine, looks like scars from the past, he feels utter satisfaction insulting patients in Crowd.Give him Zero rating in people skills he works withMood not ethics

worst experience ever - him and the receptionist are unprofessional and just rude. i came to dr bendago for a keloid removal surgery. at the beginning i had asked approximately how long the procedures usually take - not only did he not tell me, he seemed offended, asking if there's somewhere i need to be. following the surgery, i received minimal aftercare instructions and wasn't informed if the stitches were dissolvable or not. i called for a follow-up (they never pick up the phone) for help examining the wound because the bandage was stuck to my ear from the dried blood and when i arrived, i could hear the receptionist talking loudly with him in the back about how she told me already over the phone to just deal with it myself and how im coming in to see him anyways (she obviously didn't mean for me to hear) and dr bendago became visibly frustrated with me and said you're like 90% of my patients who never listen to my aftercare instructions" among other things. Dr. Bendago is the best!! However, it is impossible to reach the office, I called six weeks ago and was told I needed a new referral. Fair enough, contacted my family doctor and he sent it right away! I have since called the office and had to leave messages, I have never received a call back? I was trying to coordinate surgery prior to my cancer treatment in the New Year.Frustrated !!!!!
