I agree with everyone, has to be the worst experience ever with a finance company. They wanted to reneg on our contract, asked for more info, after we were already approved. Then they take more money than what was on the contract,also form the wrongaccount, then they say they'll return our money but have yet to do so, over 2 weeks now, then they use the proper account and take more money again. Pushed me into nsf ect. Ready to get a lawyer since they are breaking a legal contract. Horrible company

I apply for credit 11 months ago I had a consumer proposal at the time. I had mentioned that when I applied for the loan. I am now told that they didn't see it on Equifax report. I had my loan for 11 months later after 11 perfect payments now they decline imy loan. when I call the geolin main number the male on the line says he does not usually speak to customers but he told me because of the consumer proposal I can't get a second lease I don't find him very professional and I will not be using them again.

Stay far away from Geolin as much as you can. Nobody answers the phone.They enforce contractual terms on unreasonable grounds. Good luck if you need to move your truck to another company if you are with Geolin. Just stay away. Giving them 1 star is a waste of a star
