The lady with big glasses sit at the front doesn’t have any management quality. She thinks she is the owner of matrix kind of attitude. Rating has gone down because of her I think.

Ok, they accept the load no late than 2 hours from appointment time. But the will linger you on for several hours to get unloaded. Oh common guys stop being biased and who ever the owner is visit the location once NEEDS your attention.

Took 5 hours to unload 6 palets and after five hours they refused 1 pallet. Because it was just shifted to one place. Wasted all day here for just 5 pallets

Docks has lots of space fir big rigs. Staff is friendly but they waste lots of time on unloading. 5 hours for 15 skids. Crazy. Good thing is that you have not to worry about opening trailer doors. Their docks are designed to open it from inside. After parking to the dock you have to detach your horse from the cart with atleast 6 inches of space.

beaware drivers, be ready to spend hours for offloadingI won’t deliver to this location at any cost in future. People are ok. But they take their sweet time to unload and messed my whole day. Was there at 5:30am for 6:00am delivery appointment (as they don’t allow trucks before 5:30). They took 9 hrs to offload and once they are done, will tell you to leave their location immediately. Good place to deliver only if u get paid by hours. As for me it was my first and last load for this place. Good luck to other delivery drivers

Either be on appointment or not, the estimated time for whole delivery process is 3.5 hours to 5 hours. Have your snacks ready!

Terrible place to be unloaded waited to long this company has to know we have other places to be. My Friday is now screwed my family will have to wait thanks

Took 2 hours to unload 3 pallets. By appointment only. They’re open 24 hours but for trailer drop and pickup only. Best thing is they have restroom for drivers and a clean washroom. You can enjoy your day here.
