Kaz was amazing. Superb service. Definitely making it my go to store.

Absolutely aweful customer service and over priced product. They stand around in little groups displaying pretentious attitude and generally ignoring you, whispering and giggling until you approach them with a question. Incredibly immature and very disrespectful of customers. If there's any issue with the product you purchased (skin reactions, broken spray nozels etc.) don't expect they will exchange, return or offer to help in anyway. Don't shop here, you deserve better fellow Canadians.

Im very disappointed of the store in Robison. I did a purchase in Sunday at 3:30. When I back home I saw rust the product I got it wasn’t tue one I want it. I checked that time the store close in Sunday and it’s at 6:00 pm. I ran over to the store and I arrived at 5:30pm. The store was close and I notice the person who work in the store was hiding behind the cashier. I nocked the cristal door and she didn’t show up. It’s frustrating for me that they don’t respect the time they support to close even I was 30 mins before 6:00. I’m very upset that even she was hidding and not show when I was in the door. I don’t like companies not being profesional.

We picked up the items. Facial Shea butter. I was assisted by the store manager Jacqueline. She was professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. We actually had no plans to buy anything. But while sharing my skin issues with Jacqueline, she touched on a point that my dermatologist just recently pointed out ; something in my diet is not meshing right with me. I get red, and itchy cheeks out of nowhere. But just because of her telling the core truth where to start looking for a solution , rather than just sell me something. Her help gained my trust, and so I purchased a couple items

Love L’Occitane Almond Milk body collection. Especially the cream, It has a thick, fast-absorbing texture that doesn’t leave your skin greasy after use, smells heavenly and leaves my skin soft and hydrated. The almond flavour in every product is mesmerizing, while other ingredients keep your body and hair also hydrated! This brand has very pricey products, but they work well. It’s definitely worth the money!

Love their products and love the staff in this branch. They maintain a very positive environment and try their best to help every customer. I always leave with a smile.

Very friendly staff, a great selection of things, and convenient location. Sometimes you will get some good deals, but overall most things are just a bit more expensive than normal products. Do go there during holidays, as deals are good those times.

Flagship store downtown, has the most fantastic display of products, the space is spacious, well-lit, and very chic.I recommend everyone to come here to shop for at least once if you have not already done so, it's a very pleasant shopping space.
