I have been dealing with Esse for ten years for my septic system. Top notch company. The office staff are so friendly. Especially Ashley whom I always deal with.As for service. Tyler Hewitson did a super inspection of the system this spring. I needed a few new pumps etc . He reached out and lmk the cost and timing. Work was done on time and efficiently. He clearly cares about his job and his customers.Highly recommend.!!

Just had our Norweco system serviced by Jake. Alarm had gone off on Friday and the service call today. He went through all the elements of the system with me, explained what happens when an alarm goes off and replaced the air pump, cleaned and serviced the entire system in a very professional manner. I was very impressed as a first time customer.

Tyler is the best, great attitude, service focused and great to work with. I'm so happy I found ESSE Canada as they have save me a ton of grief with our septic system. Prior to meeting ESSE Canada, other septic companies did not know what they were doing. If you are having septic issues, you need to contact ESSE Canada.

A+Rick Esselment and his team of professionals went above and beyond during their inspection of our residential septic system in Burlington. The report was thorough and easy to understand. When I asked Rick with only a couple of weeks notice if he would be able to appear in court he didn't hesitate to offer his help. His credentials alone would have stood up on their own but his demeanour and well-spoken manor helped clearly paint a picture that would be hard to argue. We are so happy we found this company to investigate our septic system, we only wish we had them do it before we bought the home. Thanks again for all your help Rick! Esse Canada team member called to review the required annual service prior to scheduling the service.The technician, Dylan, performed the first annual service on our septic system on June 6, 2022. He showed up at the allotted time range and went over the service details and answered all our questions. On completion of the service, he also discussed his findings and what needed to be repaired under warranty which he had scheduled for later. He provided a copy of the service report for our records. Dylan was pleasant and professional in dealing with us. Another team member emailed the report of the analysis done on the sample taken from the site as well as the paidinvoice. The whole encounter from beginning to end was seamless and we were pleased with the customer service.

Although a Septic System is something I generally wouldn't want to talk about... I can not say enough wonderful things about this company!! The staff that call to set up appointments are very friendly and efficient and the gentleman who comes to my house... could not be better!! Friendly, helpful, efficient, and gets in and out with a smile on his face!! If you need this service... you NEED Esse Canada!! HIGHLY recommended!!! 5+*

We bought a house 5 years ago but nobody informed us that we had a Bionest septic system that requires yearly maintenance. When I discovered this, I contacted Esse immediately. They had me set up with an account and a service scheduled in no time.The two guys that showed up at my house, Jake and Oneil, were very professional, very polite and thorough. They explained everything to me in great detail and did a fantastic job.

O'Neil and Tyler came by last week to do routine maintenance on our septic and they were extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and just a pleasure. Great work and thank you for the tips to keeping our septic running at peak performance.
