Whitechurch Towing and Recovery
Called this company after my Ford Escape died on me . Lucky I wasn’t on the highway. Ended up just off of side road 9 . It didn’t take long for the tow truck driver to arrive. I was so thankful. The young fellow was more than helpful . Safety was priority. I didn’t have to pay thru the roof either. A bad experience/day turned into a not so bad day. Thank you so much Whitechurch for looking after this old lady :) .

If I could leave no stars I would. Worst tow company within 100 miles!! Be prepared to get yelled at, hung up on, and belittled! Very rude to people!! Total jerk offs run/work at this place!!! Call someone else!! Also be weary of the previous reviews. The “owner” (original owner) Samson has passed away this year (quick google search confirms this!) You will not be getting the 5 star service like other reviews have previously mentioned about Samson.

After my car broke down, I called Whitechurch Towing and they arrived in under 15 minutes. They changed my tire and got me on my way with friendly and professional service. Thanks for helping me out of a bad situation. I would use them again forsure.

My VW Golf broke down just outside of Orillia, I called Whitechurch Towing up and he was at my car in less than 15 mins he was very polite well spoken and all business I felt good to know that there were still good ppl in this world we live in... he had cold water Bottles for meHe is definitely old school and very respectfulGreeko

Whitechurch Towing and Recovery
Rental car broke down at the side of the highway. We were recovered by the owner of Whitechurch Towing & Recovery, who arrived in a brand new recovery vehicle, with a cab large enough to seat a family of 5 alongside the driver. He went out of his way to take us all the way back to Toronto from Orillia to pick up an alternative car, since it was a Sunday and the rest of the rental company's offices were closed. Really great service from a really great guy.

I was recently in need of the services at Whitechurch Salvage and Recovery. Now under new ownership from Whitechurch Towing. The service was very efficient , cost effective , and timely . The young man was extremely kind and understanding and really took his time to be careful with my vehicle . I highly recommend his service .

No stars! I called this company for a tow and the less than friendly person who answered said they had no trucks. Literally two minutes later one of their trucks stops ahead of me, crosses the highway to the money making accident. Thanks for nothing and shame on You!

If you ever need a tow or recovery services, Samson at whitechurch towing is the master! I have seen this guy make recoveries look easy while other guys were still trying to figure out how to position their trucks! No kidding! Samson is also the only guy I would trust to pick up my motorcycle if I still had one! If you are in the Collingwood, Orillia, Barrie or surrounding areas give Samson at Whitechurch towing a call. I am all the way in Vaughan and I still call Samson! Also, if you are ever on your way up north and need firewood, stop by the yard and pick up some of the best seasoned firewood around!

I had an unexpected issue with my car and did not know what to do. I called Whitechurch and the tow truck driver met me in a timely manner. It was such a relief. He reassured me and helped me with next steps for my vehicle. He was very kind, professional, informative and super helpful. The rates were excellent. I actually feel very relieved to know that I have this service as a support if anything happens unexpectedly in the future with my vehicle. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Didn't get towed..to much.Wanted $95 just to hook upThen it was $3.50 per km after that.so total would of cost me almost $500...Got it towed for $120 bucks.shop around people
