Darling Dogs

We bring our 3 month old pup to Roberta and her team for daycare on weekdays. They have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with, and helped calm my worries of dropping our little guy off for his first kennel experience. He now loves the days there, and comes home happy and tired. It has been a terrific experience.

I don't take Taffy, my cocker spaniel, anywhere else for overnights. Fresh, modern kennels, with loads of outdoor play spaces. I know my pet will be well care for and happy...and tired from so much fun, when I pick him up. Usually an anxious dog, Taffy doesn't even look over his shoulder when we drop him off here. Staff are wonderful, as is owner. Highly recommend

Wonderful establishment. We had never taken our rescue to daycare before, and although he is great with all dogs, he was abandoned before so there was fear of him not dealing with being left very well.Roberta was so welcoming and over the top accommodating. She even allowed me to use a gift certificate I had from quite a while back!! We had our plans change last minute and she was able to accommodate our dog into daycare within a days notice.All the staff there really love the animals and are so friendly and easy going. The facility is newly renovated with various kennels for different sized dogs, heated floors, holding kennels if you drop off early, and different segregated play areas depending on the needs of your dog. Our dog loved it after his second day. Highly recommend!

I know Roberta is a dog breeder and runs a kennel, however she had a litter of rag doll kittens last May and we got our boy from her. He was so well adjusted when we brought him home, it was obvious he was well socialized, wasn't frightened by loud noises or children or anything, except maybe the vacuum. He has adjusted perfectly and we adore him!

You know your dog had a great day when all they want to do is sleep! Our dog is just so high energy he NEVER relaxes, always has to play or chew, etc. Well… that’s definitely not the case after picking him up from darling dogs… I swear we take home a new puppy after he’s had a day of play all he does is sleep! We definitely plan to use darling dogs for all doggy daycare going forward.

I brought my puppy in for training (almost 4 years ago) on a recommendation from a friend. Roberta is an awesome trainer and a great person. Her staff are also friendly. Facility is clean, secure and there is a ton of room for the pups to play! My dog is so obsessed with going to Darling Dogs, that he actually knows where we are going. I don’t trust anyone else. I always know he is safe in Roberta’s care :)

We left our 2 dogs there while we were away for 10 days. We have a 14.5 year old dog who's very healthy and debated if we should board him however decided to put him in so our dogs could be together. We asked for multiple updates while we were away and was told the dogs were fabulous. As soon as we picked up our senior dog and got home we realized he wasn't doing that great. He looked thin and was very low energy and I realized the food in his food bin was basically the exact same amount as when we had left therefore he had barely eaten the whole time he was there. By that evening he was vomitting and the next day he couldn't walk and could barely open his eyes. We took him into the vet and he had lost over 10% of his body weight and was diagnosed with severe pancreatitis. The thing I struggle with the most is that no one recognized that a 15 year old dog can't go 10 days with barely eating despite if he's still getting up and walking around. There is a lot we would have done if we knew he wasn't eating for that long. When speaking with the owner she said well my girls didn't tell me

Darling Dogs is absolutely amazing! Our dog (Sydney) has stayed with Darling Dogs on at least 3 occasions and has been well cared for. We highly recommend Darling Dogs and it's the only place we choose to leave our dog when we travel.
