Sheridan College - Davis Campus

Most of the stuff I'm learning can be learned on YouTube with some discipline. Plus nobody knows how to walk properly in the hallways, arrogant community, staff are useless here. DO NOT GO TO THIS COLLEGE

******zero star*******This college is total disaster. Administration is not working properly. I withdraw my admission from college but I did not received my fees back yet. It has been more than the time they stated online. When you try to contact them, it will go directly to voice mail and they will not give reply to your email with proper explanation.

It's a maze, but you adjust to it, the facilities are amazing. It's expensive, older profs can be passive aggressive, pushy, but nice. Staff are nice. Facilities are always clean, some people are put off by the large immigrant/Indian population, whatever. Nice local plazas too, not just limited to campus restaurants. Computer Lab in A Wing as of 2021 was meager compared to Oakville. BYOD. Lots of parking, not many local.

If you want chaos attend Sheridan College. When inquiring about something you”ll be given the run around. They can never provide you with a straight answer. They don’t answer emails especially when requests are time sensitive. Don’t even bother calling either because staff are pretty much never available. I can’t say all but after 5 years at this college I’ve had my fair share of arrogant and condescending professors, rude and uninterested record specialists, and program coordinators. I failed a course due to a missed exam in which I provided a MEDICAL NOTE for. The professor refused my doctors note with no explanation as to why and then stopped replying to my emails. There should be some place students can make formal complaints about stuff like this. Avoid the stress and just attend a different college.

Every time I communicate with any staff members besides the custodian, they’re rude. I’ve made complaints and made plenty of googles reviews but as long as the college is collecting tuition from us students they do not care.

Staff will take weeks on end to reply to important emails. Staff don't know how to do their job or properly read emails, having enrolled me in in-person classes when I've said time and time again I've moved out of the area and need online classes. Sheridan has refused to refund me for the classes staff enrolled me in that I can't even attend.Pick a different college that actually cares about it's students instead of their next paycheque.

The college is huge and the space is really well maintained. Gives you a professional vibe as soon as you enter! The college and student staff is really polite and helpful. The faculty is full of everything a student can wish for and the academic atmosphere is great.

Definitely zero stars, Sheridan college is the worst campus to ever go too. Wouldn’t recommend anybody going here, they will only response to emails if they need something. But, when you need something important from them, all the sudden they become “busy “ DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My friend who is Sheridan business graduate and did several continuing ed courses after graduation, and gave so much business to the college, applied many times to get entry level job at the college, but they did not give him a chance and did not hire him. So, I would rather go to a different college, and would recommend the same to others.
