I was so pleased to have Atish and Kyle assist with the restoration of a carpet I had acquired from an online auction which turned out to have serious stains and odour. I was told by many companies ‘ we cannot ‘ clean viscose or ‘those carpets are disposable’. Finally made an online inquiry to Lotus. The response was brisk on a weekend and quote was reasonable versus discarding the rug. The transformation is incredible. Stains and odour are gone, instructions for care and preservation were given and we are enjoying the rug after less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend Lotus for service, care and professional advice.

Superb service! Our initial chat about the stain on my wool rug proved that the team at Lotus are very knowledgeable about rug cleaning and stain removal, for delicate materials like wool. That gave me the confidence to let them handle it. Their response time to my enquiry was faster than the other vendors I was communicating with at the same time. They promised to be done in about a week, and they did. They also gave me a spot remover as a bonus, which I very much appreciate. I highly recommend them for all stain and general rug cleaning.

I thought that our white Restoration Hardware couch was ruined but Atish & his team brought it back to life! It looks brand new again after 8 years of hard wear & stains. They also applied a fabric protector to prevent future staining. I am so impressed with both their customer service & the results. I will definitely be contacting them again for additional furniture pieces. Would highly recommend them!!

I booked Lotus cleaning for an emergency urine odor removal and stain cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Not only did they show up same day, they showed up within a few hours, were on time to their appointment, and did a phenomenal job. Amazing customer service, fair pricing, and they even left us some goodies for self cleaning. Atish is so professional and walked me through every step of the process. 10/10 will be using these guys again

I called Lotus after Dollarstore paint exploded on our carpet. There were no labels with the ingredients on the paint so Lotus trouble shooted to find the best remedy for this disaster. I appreciate Lotus cares if you are sensitive to fragrances or any other chemicals that can impact pets and children. Would highly recommend them!
