Bought a blanket off the owner, two days after went back to exchange it not even for a refund, I had brought in a recent linen chest receipt instead by accident, also i live an hour away, the owner wouldnt even give me an exchange or print me another receipt when she was the one who sold it to me in the first place, she even said i know u bought it two days ago :( seems a bit much for a small business not to budge a bit, best of luck with linen chest opening up in the mall and this type of service!

What a great store and fantastic staff! After purchasing a duvet cover, pillow shams and euro shams, I had a change of heart. Although I had not used them I had unwrapped all of the items.The associate helped me choose another pattern and all of the matching accessories, set them aside for next day pick up. She suggested I bring in all of the packaging items but not bother to put it together as she would do it.Got there following day and it was all ready for me. Exchange was quick and service nothing but exceptional!Thank you to the staff at the St Laurent location. It’s been a pleasure❤️
