they were quick and very pleasant to deal with. Service manager was professional, courteous, and jumped through all the hoops the warranty people were making him jump through. If you run into trouble, here's the place to go. was very accommodating especially considering my lack of French language use and understanding.

It's impossible to get an appointment. I call and ALWAYS get a voicemail. I fill out the form online. Takes a few days to get a callback.Went to do an oil change. The dealer before (Albi Nissan) use to give me a detailed report of the condition of the car. This dealer seems annoyed that we're just doing an oil changed covered by the warranty. Didn't get any report.I find the service just got worse with this dealer because it's simply impossible to get through to them.

Only I can say about this dealer: IRRESPONSIBLE.My wife left her car on Wednesday 8am for tire changes (1 hour job), due to the ice storm this dealer lost power at 3pm.They called my wife on Wednesday at 4pm to say there is no power to close the $150 bill and better to pick up the car on Thursday morning.Instead calling us on Thursday to ask if we can pay the $150 cash to pick up the car (because no power and internet to pay by credit card), they closed doors until Saturday 11am, keeping my wife’s car hostage behind locked gate without answering any phone call or message.This irresponsible action put customers in a serious and dangerous situation without car for emergencies during the 72 hours power outage in Vaudreuil!I’ve been loyal customer for the last 8 years, I purchased and serviced 2 cars from this dealer.I will send a letter about my bad experience to Nissan Canada and Nissan Japan.I don’t recommend this dealer.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with their service. They charged me a staggering $1400 just for draining the diesel from my tank. It's truly unbelievable, especially considering that my car was already turned off and they were aware that I had no other options.

Just like most people, I simply cannot reach the service department. I need a part changed and all other garages day they cannot obtain it. Only a dealer can. Isn't that great!?I'm going to try all Nissan dealerships and see who takes me first. There must be someone who wants our business...

I had been trying to call since the beginning of October for a tire and oil change with no return. Once I was finaly able to talk to someone, I was given and appointment, I was told that they could not find the tiress I had stored with them...it's been 3 days and no call back. So if I could give them a 0, I would. Crapiest service ever!

We got an amazing Rogue midnight edition great fuel consumption for an SUV that size and we couldn’t be happier with it, sales dept was great Olivier and Director Joe helped us find the best price and prepare all paperwork that was fast and easy I would recommend it to you all.

On two separate occasions, I had urgent service matters. Not only did they take me on the spot, but they solved the issue, were very transparent and always had a great disposition.

I called their service dept. 6 times without an answer or call back. Finally talked to service, made an appointment to install summer tires. Showed up today (April 27) no record of appointment!! Installation delayed another week. Very poor service!!!
