Shoppers Drug Mart

This shoppers Drug mart does wrong practise. As per their policy they can't hold electronics items. But when i reached this morning, I was first and there was only one PS5. There was one guy behind me also looking for it. THey took it out single piece and told me that usually we don't hold but for this time only we have hold that piece of PS5 for 2nd in line person. Ridiculous. And this happened in front of Store manager and Store owner.

Great store, but sad when you run in for 1 or 2 things and there are no cashiers to be found. Self checkout is ridiculous. Next time I can't find someone to pay my cash to I might chose to walk out. Dollar store next door has cashiers to take my money.

Only shoppers that has managed to screw up so bad they “lost” my Suboxone script (a medication that helps opiate addicts function without withdrawals). I wasted so much time trying to have the problem rectified and no one was capable of fixing the very serious mistake. I ended up relapsing despite not wanting to (thankfully I didn’t overdose and die). Thankfully I am no longer dependent on the medication and I sincerely hope no one else is put in as awful of a scenario as I was.

The passport picture center staff was incompetent and rude. I can in for a passport photo of a foreign country that didn't exist in their system and she was very rude about it and lacked any basic skills of problem solving. Instead she directed her frustration at me and did the worst passport photo ever. The photo came out very dark and terrible.For something this simple and costing $28, you'd expect a normal competent person to handle it.Conclusion. Don't get your picture here. Go to UPS nearby or another Shoppers.

Staff are frendly but the pharmrmacy is a mess. Had issues with my wifes hormone therapy last month ask for a return after it was half used, then when i upgraded my blood glucose meter they gave me the wrong test strip for the new meter. Accident waiting to happen.

The owner/pharmacist was amazing to deal with.the cashier was lovely. Both very helpful Left very happy!

The Shoppers Drug Mart on st. George is definitely following covid-19 guidelines and the store is kept very clean. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. The staff are also very knowledgeable in their field. The store is wheelchair accessible and very accommodating. The pharmacy is always busy and it's good to get certain Health products from here. The Shoppers Drug Mart also has a post office within it for people's convenience and it's full service. There is plenty of parking to be found here as well

This SDM has been nothing but problems since day one but tonight takes the cake. My husband patiently waited in line at the prescription desk to ask for guidance on finding liquid ibuprofen for our toddler daughter. When he reached the counter he politely asked how we would need to go about securing a bottle. The person at the counter laughed at him and told him “there’s a nationwide shortage.” Not new information for us. After asking about needing a prescription, the person at the counter cut him off saying “I don’t have any back here either” without offering any kind of further guidance or advice. It’s one thing to be out of a specific product, it’s another thing to LAUGH in the face of a worried parent with a sick 2 year old at home. Shame on whomever this individual was, wearing a white button up coat I should add, for making a desperate parent feel worse than they already do.

My 84 year old parents made appointments to get the SENIOR dose flu shot at this location today. When they arrived, the woman giving the shot said they would be getting the regular dose , they were out of the senior dose. She should have helped them book at another SDM or offered to contact them when they received more doses. Now, they are left upset and worrying they will get sick as they are not as protected as they would have been receiving the senior dose.
