Purchased Marine Pow-R-Surge batteries (DP27M) nine (9) yrs ago for use with Minn Kota Terrova 36V trolling motor. Talked to Daniel to see if they could get the Pow-R-Surge Marine Dp27M batteries in, less of a drive then going to Calgary. Daniel said he could get them in next day, so I drove an hr to Coaldale to pick them up & they tried to sell me the generic Napa brand RV battery. I wanted the same brand Pow-r-Surge in hopes of getting another 9 years. So I was disappointed. Ended up driving to Calgary anyway. Next time I will be sure to have them confirm the brand name they are selling.

Thank you so much to Graham’s Auto for helping me today! I was driving down the road and heard a weird noise. After all personal attempts to trouble shoot, I found my way to this lovely establishment! They helped me, no problem, and didn’t ask for anything in return. In the end I just needed my lug nuts to be tightened. Thank you so much!!!

Not only do they have a farm discount but they made a special trip to grab a part I needed today. I could have gone to get it but Lethbridge doesn't do the farm discount ☹️.

Not great... Staff are not the most friendly and act like you don't know what your doing. And i understand that they have years of experience with automotives, but please just listen to what a customer is trying to say before you start getting upset with them and tell them they need a whole repair done. Just go to auto value in Lethbridge instead if you can, they're much easier to talk to.
