Spray-Net Markham

This review is about Spray-Net of Durham-Markham-York, Toronto GTA area. The project is aluminum side painting. Original color is brick red. New painted color is pearl (light grey). We decided not to put back the old shutters besides the windows after painting.The sales consultant Adam is very responsible. He came to quote the price the same day of my request. He calculated the price right at site. Adam is honest and replies email fast and helpful.This year the weather is not cooperated. The painting requires a few dry days in a row. So it took a bit longer to finally get scheduled.The spray job was done by Andy and his crew. They did good job. They taped windows and the surrounding area carefully. They cleaned up very well after the work.Some words to aluminum side homeowners, especially if you no longer want to put the shutters back after the painting. 1) The caulking cannot be painted. Usually the shutters covered the poor caulking between windows and aluminum side. You have to think about redo caulking or put back the shutter after painting. 2) The old shutter installation left holes on aluminum. You have to think about an idea to cover the holes if you don't want to put shutter back. 3) It costs much more if you want to spray your old window frames. You have to consider about this if you choose a painting color which does not match your old window frame.I will come back to update my review later, to report the paint condition after years.My update one year after the painting: the paint is still good, No issues.

Andy and his team arrived on schedule; did a great job cleaning, taping and painting. They came back the next day to touch up one spot. Once finished, everything was cleaned up and we are getting compliments from our neighbours. Thanks Spray Net!

We are thrilled with the outcome of the paint job on our home. Our house, which was built in the 1950's is (was) white brick with white siding and very outdated. The Spray-Net team did a great job. The house looks great and we have had several compliments from neighbours and complete strangers. Job site was cleaned up and numbers were left from the crew to reach out for questions/assistance.

The guys and girl did a very thorough job. They took their time and made sure it was done properly and in a clean manner

Very polite and professional. Took every step to minimize the dust getting around the house. They cleaned up afterwards. Took about eight hours and everything was done. Kitchen was ready to use again for dinner.

Friendly, quick responses to call, visit, and one day spraying. Love the colour Slate on the 60 year old home…looks like new!
