Just returned from Service Canada where my daughter and I were treated with such kindness and compassion by a young woman named Tanya that I just had to give her a shout out. Although there was no options of help open for my daughter's case this young woman tried ever avenue available. Truly impressed with her customer service training and her caring concern. My heart felt thanks Tanya.

We walked in to Sevice canada today and were greeted by a very respectful gentleman and then our passport application was handled by Jenna who was very courteous and waited patiently even beyond 4 pm to complete our processing. Thank you Jenna! We appreciate you! Lots of respect

I was at this location on March 18th - I was there to submit/apply for a new passport. I was greeted by a very friendly security guard and then was immediately seen by a wonderful woman named Jennifer. She was so friendly and very helpful, answering all of my questions and processed all of my documents very efficiently. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes - such a great experience - I would highly recommend this location. Thank you again Jennifer !

I had a very pleasant experience at this office today when I attended for a passport renewal. Although I believed that I had all of the required documentation, Valerie noted that Costco had not dated my pictures and the receipt was not legible. It was necessary for me to have a second set of acceptable pictures taken at Shopper's Drugstore. I then returned to this office and Valerie was able to process my renewal. Thanks Valerie for your professionalism, patience and helpful information today. Greatly appreciated.

This location lets you book an appointment time, but this is merely a loose promise to give you priority once you arrive. I had an appointment at 1pm"

This is by far the worst experience I have had with service Canada. The old lady didn't know anything what she was talking about. It took me an hour to submit 1 application there. She tried so hard to convince me to go to another location and told me they can process it faster. I mean seriously, if you don't like your job just stay home and let someone capable do the job right. If you want to get your work done in a timely manner avoid this location. I wish I could give it negative stars.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review here for this location. First of all, Tanya deserves a raise. I’ve been here multiple times and she’s helped me in each situation. She is patient when explaining my situations, and is very helpful with giving information and answering any questions.

When leaving the passport office the security guard came out and took pictures of our car. When I asked her about it, she walked away from me and wouldn't fully answer my question as to why she took pictures of our license plate. It seemed like an invasion of privacy. Incredibly unprofessional. What could she possibly need with photos of our car/license plate?

Thank you so much Jennifer for all you help and service.I been to other Canada service centers in Cambridge and worst experience to visit that center. But here JENNIFER make my experience wonderful.
