Expensive Over-Rated products. The lack of attention to details and, a Quality Assurance Dept that is Non Existent ...2 months has lapsed, no replacement or resolution to get a window replaced that was built backwards.Screen assemblies that fit so loose that bugs the size of horseflies can get into your house.Unequivocally, the most regrettable purchase and experience while building a new house.Look elsewhere if you want Quality, Customer Service and Products Built with Integrity.

Hated working there, all depends on the department you get and who’s in charge. I got fired the day after I told them i hurt myself before I could even go to the doctor and I worked there for 2 years. Always on time and helped train new people. Didn’t matter. Don’t hurt yourself here, they’ll punish you for it

Good product but I had a bad stomach flu while working there and I got tested for covid and stayed home for 2 weeks because of it. But then I get a letter saying I was fired for not showing up.

Horrible people that work at the steinbach location. Phone calls and emails never returned. Very unprofessional. Front receptionist never answers her phone. She barely will get up to answer a door. Horrible company all around

I tried to get a quote on a job and I sent several requests both via email and by calling them (just got voicemail). I have not received a response. This was before Covid-19. I guess they don't want my business. I have crossed them off my list and will be going to their competition.
