Kyle at Nexgen is very friendly, helpful and professional. Highly reccomended.I called some other companies who says they provide 24/7 services, but they said they were too busy and can't book an appointment until next week. When I sent Nexgen a query via their website on Sunday morning, he gave me prompt reply with rough estimate. Kyle fixed the problem very quickly and the price was much lower than I expected from other companies' estimates.

Kyle is excellent. He diagnosed the issue with the gas fireplace and sourced the parts required to repair and get it working. Came back as soon as he had the part and got ot working. Totally recommend Kyle.

Kyle at Nexgen offered fast, efficient and knowledgeable service when we had a water-on-demand tank issue. He literally saved us from being without hot water all weekend! He was extremely thorough and fixed the problem with care and offered excellent pricing. We would be happy to recommend his services!
