Dealing with Chris was a breeze.I simply called him, found out exactly what simple steps I needed to take, and after that it was all in his hands. After 8 months of back and forth with MPI, Chris with Autotrax finally closed the deal. Hit a deer and wrote off my truck, I did not agree with MPI's offer. I hired Chris, and he started his process. Handled everything throughout and provided me with regular updates.The final payout near doubled the original offer, the patience was well worth it. Very professional, reasonably priced and gets the job done. Highly recommend his services.

When entering the appraisal stage with MPI I really wasn't sure what to expect. After my original offer to MPI was declined I contacted Chris, he answered immediately and walked me through everything, making sure it all made sense. After everything was said and done, Chris ended up getting me even more money than my original offer which had been declined by MPI. He is extremely professional and I would recommend him to anyone. His services are well worth the little bit of money you will spend.

I can’t believe how awful the write off process was with MPI and how much help Chris had offered. Our claim was stuck for years as the adjuster was avoiding calls and threaten for denial. Chris gave us numerous of suggestions and tons of his time to help us get through. And when he took over, the claim was done in two weeks. Over three times as much as MPI’s initial offer and over 50% more than their last! Thanks Chris!

Autotrax did a great job. Chris, is very professional, and very informative. I knew once MPI said my vehicle was a writeoff they would send me with a low offer. Chris described the procedures and policies that MPI will follow and how we can proceed to get the full value of my vehicle from them, he walked me through every scenario and answered all my questions before I even hired him to do the work.
